The Middle Pillar Ritual & the Circulation of the Body of Light - Mystery School 299 - YouTube

Transcripts:
all right welcome back to mind and Magic so after releasing the first of the planetary manifesting and banishing rituals for the nap recordings it made me think if I had ever given the middle pillar its own video I mean I know I've mentioned it in passing but I don't know if I've ever covered it at length before if I had I'm not finding it or remembering it but we're going to talk about it here because it's a big part of what we just added to the nap rituals that wasn't in there before the middle pillar itself is a
foundational ritual I don't want to use the word basic here because it makes it sound cheap or something and diminishes it when it's one of the most powerful of the foundational rituals those being the Lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram uh banishing ritual of the hexagram the four adorations and the middle pillar are some of the first rituals you're going to have thrown at you in the neoy grade the preliminary grade and first step towards initiation now later on down the road and other grades they will add more
to that the middle pillar fresh out of the box as a neoy that's a very powerful ritual and you'll know it's the most powerful too because the middle pillar is the One Core ritual that all the weird stuff happens for a while as you get further along in the process when you become more balanced and grounded that kind of thing will stop happening so it typically happens at the beginning of using the middle pillar ritual or soon after but I've never had strange knocks on the walls during the Lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram I've
never had Bright Lights Flash in my eyes during the banishing ritual the hexag grab or the four adorations no it was is always during the middle pillar now when you're in the elemental grades and you're using the anoi and Elemental tablets that's a entirely different thing altogether strange things can and did happen during those as well but I'm not including those because I'm talking about just the core basic neoy rituals foundational to your practice I've had calmer gotic operations than some of my early neoy
middle pillar rituals and I'll show why in a moment I got a picture that kind of illustrates what's going on with that but when you do the middle pillar ritual which I assume you are but if you aren't it's a ritual where you visualize spheres of light appearing in descending order from the top of your head down to various points through your body and then one at your feet there would be one just above your head that Forbes then a God name is recited three times a hey yay and then you visualize a beam of light coming
from that sphere down to another Spear of light that forms at your throat then you recite another God name three times and it just repeats another beam of light goes from The Spar at your throat down the one at your heart visualize a brilliant white light recite the next God name three times then a beam of light comes from that sphere down to a sphere of light forming at your groin recite the next God name three times shedi elai and then a beam of light connects that sphere to one at your feet your feet would be in the middle of the
sphere of light so the sphere of light would be half above the ground and half below the ground with your feet firmly in the center on the ground and then the last God name three times Adonai haets and that's about it it's very very simple but also one of the most powerful rituals that one would do in an initiation curriculum now normally one would take their time with it you know a lot more time for breathing and connecting with the energies that you are calling up getting in touch with and much more evenly paced than my just
having rushed through it right now trying to get as much as I can in this recording for the day it's actually quite more relaxing than I'm being able to to portray it here now I do recall saying that this ritual is meant to balance you out and help ground you it is the middle pillar ritual after all it's not the left pillar it's not the right pillar it's the middle it's balanced bringing the light of kether straight down to Malu down the middle pillar in the cabalistic tree of life the cabalistic tree of life is
superimposed over your body when you're doing this and you were to visualize the Tree of Life as you were standing in front of it and those sairat on the tree of life would line up with the points in the middle pillar that you are visualizing these spheres of light and resonating the god names well it should be of no surprise that these spheres of light that you've been imagining corresponding to these Spates on the tree of life are at five of your chakra points which are kind of like energy centers but just saying that is kind of
misleading because it makes them sound like they're a source of energy like a battery they can and will seem like that when you first quote unquote open your chakras it's more like unclogging your chakras because these energy centers are where energy flows it flows through them and the chakra points are like filters that get clogged every now and then and when they get clog the energy cannot flow through them as well you may remember a long long time ago when we discussed removing emotional blockages the middle pillar is an excellent ritual
for that for for helping with that your sacral or even your heart chakra could have a blockage and the middle pillar helps open those blockages and just like any other blockage under pressure when it does go there's a sudden flood or Rush of force behind it but this isn't water although we will be visualizing it as such in a bit but this is living force and what happens is when there's a sudden breakthrough in chakras and the energy is able to start flowing again and the energy for a lack of a better word arcs when I was making the
thumbnail for this video which I still didn't get exactly what I want but that's that's AI it doesn't do everything perfect don't worry about it taking over the world yet folks it made this photo which kind of illust rates what I'm talking about when the middle pillar opens your chakras and a blast of energy and that's when you get the weird  most people just starting out don't have free flowing chakras they have the middle pillar blast them open and then they have weird things happen and they ask me frer what's happening to me well
this is what's happening the energy that you're putting off is making weird things happen hearing knocks on the walls seeing lights candles going out suddenly but it's not an evil ghost it's not a demon coming to get you it's just you developing your power and in order to develop power you have to open up the channels for that power to flow through and once your chakras are flowing freely and open it's like going from somebody who almost had their arteries completely clogged to getting a stin put in and opening that blood flow again people
report having so much more energy and being vibrant and feeling healthy again just immediately after doing that feeling better than they have in years while they're still recovering from the surgery it's like that but on an energetic level but it has a physical effect blacked off energy can cause a whole host of problems and diseases you want to keep the energy flowing and that's why you continue to do the middle pillar and in doing so it helps balance you out when your energy is available to flow freely and certain chakras aren't
blocked anymore those energies are able to flow and balance themselves out this is why this is a foundational ritual it should be done daily especially when you're a student who really needs to get their energy moving and flowing and open up their chakra points now after a while once your energy is Flowing fine the weird stuff will stop they're already open and the energy is Flowing freely there's no for forced to come arcing out like bursting through a dam or something anymore things get pretty tamed down after a while unless I'm doing a
recording session with all the god names uh doing them all in the same day right next to my computer that's probably not a good idea cuz that's another thing this life force energy when you open it up you have to watch your electronics I would not take anything in the circle with you that is electronic if you can help it all right it's not a step fast rule it's it's your equipment it's your device on the line it's just a recommendation cuz I know some people are going to say well what about ebook readers what about my tablet I think
things are typically pretty fine once you get past the opening of your chakra points there that's the thing about the energy arcing you never know what it's going to do but Electronics do have a sorted history with magic where things just malfunction or drain power if it's a battery powered device once you get past that you should be good depending on the type of operation that you're doing if you're just doing basic daily practice where you're going through the outer order grades then things probably settle down after that point but if
you're doing other things such as an Nokian magic gotic operations or any operation where you're doing evocation or invocation calling something forth any of those could be subject to weird things happening but that's an entirely different matter than what's happening with the middle pillar ritual once we have all five of our chakra points lit by this sphere of light at each one glowing just as bright as we can possibly imagine we then do what is called the circulation of the body of light this is where we visualize the
light being pulled up from our root chakra our feet the sairat of Mal and we pull up the light out the top of our head like a fountain as it has been described and that's why I said that later we would be thinking of it as water and then this visualized fountain water rains down upon our body all around us where it lands at our feet and is reabsorbed back into the sephirot of Malou our root chakra and we keep circulating it up and up and out the top of our head rains down to our feet it is reabsorbed and it kind of looks like a
depiction of this it's a torsion field almost you know what else has a torsion field the Earth's magnetic field so we're being attuned to the energies of the planet as well and in doing so helps ground us and this is how we get the energy flowing through the chakra points once it has been opened to start circulating it in the direction we want it to go and then once you're able to get the circulation going and continue that for a while to keep it going when you do the middle pillar every day that's going to be the beginning of things starting to
change in your life that's when you're starting to develop your magical power your personal power you know it's said that Mages are like conductors at an orchestra that kind of conductor a redirector and even a conductor for Magical currents and energy well how are you as a magician going to direct magical energy when it can't even flow through you so the first step is to get the chakra points open with the middle pillar and then we do the circulation of the body of light to get that energy flowing from a stagnated state from some
if not all of your chakra points and everybody's Shakra points are going to be different some are going to be more closed off than others some are going to be completely blocked they're not usually completely blocked most are partially but when you open them up weird things can happen because of arcing and the force at which it opens and feeling noticeable differences and even strange Sensations and I hope this has been a better and more thorough explanation of the middle pillar ritual and its counterpart the circulation of
the body of light and I will see you soon take care the [Music] mag on your Eternal Miss for light and the [Music] sight become [Music]

Welcome to "The Chronically Online Algorithm" 1. Introduction: Your Guide to a Digital Wonderland Welcome to "👨🏻‍🚀The Chronically Online Algorithm👽". From its header—a chaotic tapestry of emoticons and symbols—to its relentless posting schedule, the blog is a direct reflection of a mind processing a constant, high-volume stream of digital information. At first glance, it might seem like an indecipherable storm of links, videos, and cultural artifacts. Think of it as a living archive or a public digital scrapbook, charting a journey through a universe of interconnected ideas that span from ancient mysticism to cutting-edge technology and political commentary. The purpose of this primer is to act as your guide. We will map out the main recurring themes that form the intellectual backbone of the blog, helping you navigate its vast and eclectic collection of content and find the topics that spark your own curiosity. 2. The Core Themes: A Map of the Territory While the blog's content is incredibly diverse, it consistently revolves around a few central pillars of interest. These pillars are drawn from the author's "INTERESTORNADO," a list that reveals a deep fascination with hidden systems, alternative knowledge, and the future of humanity. This guide will introduce you to the three major themes that anchor the blog's explorations: * Esotericism & Spirituality * Conspiracy & Alternative Theories * Technology & Futurism Let's begin our journey by exploring the first and most prominent theme: the search for hidden spiritual knowledge. 3. Theme 1: Esotericism & The Search for Hidden Knowledge A significant portion of the blog is dedicated to Esotericism, which refers to spiritual traditions that explore hidden knowledge and the deeper, unseen meanings of existence. It is a path of self-discovery that encourages questioning and direct personal experience. The blog itself offers a concise definition in its "map of the esoteric" section: Esotericism, often shrouded in mystery and intrigue, encompasses a wide array of spiritual and philosophical traditions that seek to delve into the hidden knowledge and deeper meanings of existence. It's a journey of self-discovery, spiritual growth, and the exploration of the interconnectedness of all things. The blog explores this theme through a variety of specific traditions. Among the many mentioned in the author's interests, a few key examples stand out: * Gnosticism * Hermeticism * Tarot Gnosticism, in particular, is a recurring topic. It represents an ancient spiritual movement focused on achieving salvation through direct, personal knowledge (gnosis) of the divine. A tangible example of the content you can expect is the post linking to the YouTube video, "Gnostic Immortality: You’ll NEVER Experience Death & Why They Buried It (full guide)". This focus on questioning established spiritual history provides a natural bridge to the blog's tendency to question the official narratives of our modern world. 4. Theme 2: Conspiracy & Alternative Theories - Questioning the Narrative Flowing from its interest in hidden spiritual knowledge, the blog also encourages a deep skepticism of official stories in the material world. This is captured by the "Conspiracy Theory/Truth Movement" interest, which drives an exploration of alternative viewpoints on politics, hidden history, and unconventional science. The content in this area is broad, serving as a repository for information that challenges mainstream perspectives. The following table highlights the breadth of this theme with specific examples found on the blog: Topic Area Example Blog Post/Interest Political & Economic Power "Who Owns America? Bernie Sanders Says the Quiet Part Out Loud" Geopolitical Analysis ""Something UGLY Is About To Hit America..." | Whitney Webb" Unconventional World Models "Flat Earth" from the interest list This commitment to unearthing alternative information is further reflected in the site's organization, with content frequently categorized under labels like TRUTH and nwo. Just as the blog questions the past and present, it also speculates intensely about the future, particularly the role technology will play in shaping it. 5. Theme 3: Technology & Futurism - The Dawn of a New Era The blog is deeply fascinated with the future, especially the transformative power of technology and artificial intelligence, as outlined in the "Technology & Futurism" interest category. It tracks the development of concepts that are poised to reshape human existence. Here are three of the most significant futuristic concepts explored: * Artificial Intelligence: The development of smart machines that can think and learn, a topic explored through interests like "AI Art". * The Singularity: A hypothetical future point where technological growth becomes uncontrollable and irreversible, resulting in unforeseeable changes to human civilization. * Simulation Theory: The philosophical idea that our perceived reality might be an artificial simulation, much like a highly advanced computer program. Even within this high-tech focus, the blog maintains a sense of humor. In one chat snippet, an LLM (Large Language Model) is asked about the weather, to which it humorously replies, "I do not have access to the governments weapons, including weather modification." This blend of serious inquiry and playful commentary is central to how the blog connects its wide-ranging interests. 6. Putting It All Together: The "Chronically Online" Worldview So, what is the connecting thread between ancient Gnosticism, modern geopolitical analysis, and future AI? The blog is built on a foundational curiosity about hidden systems. It investigates the unseen forces that shape our world, whether they are: * Spiritual and metaphysical (Esotericism) * Societal and political (Conspiracies) * Technological and computational (AI & Futurism) This is a space where a deep-dive analysis by geopolitical journalist Whitney Webb can appear on the same day as a video titled "15 Minutes of Celebrities Meeting Old Friends From Their Past." The underlying philosophy is that both are data points in the vast, interconnected information stream. It is a truly "chronically online" worldview, where everything is a potential clue to understanding the larger systems at play. 7. How to Start Your Exploration For a new reader, the sheer volume of content can be overwhelming. Be prepared for the scale: the blog archives show thousands of posts per year (with over 2,600 in the first ten months of 2025 alone), making the navigation tools essential. Here are a few recommended starting points to begin your own journey of discovery: 1. Browse the Labels: The sidebar features a "Labels" section, the perfect way to find posts on specific topics. Look for tags like TRUTH and matrix for thematic content, but also explore more personal and humorous labels like fuckinghilarious!!!, labelwhore, or holyshitspirit to get a feel for the blog's unfiltered personality. 2. Check the Popular Posts: This section gives you a snapshot of what content is currently resonating most with other readers. It’s an excellent way to discover some of the blog's most compelling or timely finds. 3. Explore the Pages: The list of "Pages" at the top of the blog contains more permanent, curated collections of information. Look for descriptive pages like "libraries system esoterica" for curated resources, or more mysterious pages like OPERATIONNOITAREPO and COCTEAUTWINS=NAME that reflect the blog's scrapbook-like nature. Now it's your turn. Dive in, follow the threads that intrigue you, and embrace the journey of discovery that "The Chronically Online Algorithm" has to offer.
