power is energy it is the inherent

capacity to create direct initiate
influence and do something to bring
about what we want power is innate to
all beings in existence that is
something that all of us have and it is
wonderful in and of itself it's about
how that power is used because power can
be used to damage and harm it can also
be used for good in life we all find
ourselves in certain situations where we
feel incapable of creating directing
influencing or doing anything so as to
bring about what we want we feel out of
control disempowered and at the mercy of
others at times like this it is
infuriating to hear people say you've
given away too much of your power
it's an invalidation to the reality of
the powerlessness inherent in the
situations where many of the elements
involved are beyond your control
it also doesn't make automatic sense to
most people
why because you weren't aware of
consciously giving anything away to
anyone this is why it's important to
understand that gaining your power back
is really just about realizing that you
have it so with that much further ado
I'm just gonna jump into it how to
realize and actualize your own personal
power one you have got to get that free
will is an absolute of your existence it
is impossible for someone to take it
away people may be able to take away
choices but they cannot take away choice
itself in essence all somebody can do is
to put intense amounts of pressure on
your freewill in the hopes that if they
do that that you're going to use your
free will to choose to comply they can't
take it away
also you couldn't get rid of your
freewill even if you wanted to
now you may use words like they made me
but that's not the case in these types
of circumstances they were able to put
enough pressure on your freewill that
you used your free will to choose to
comply what this means is that
every single situation you find yourself
in in life you have got to question
where you think the power lies some of
you know and some of you don't know that
I was tortured in my earlier life this
life
I'd say childhood in teen years I don't
mean metaphorical torture I mean actual
literal physical emotional sexual and
mental torture so this is coming from
the mouth of somebody who knows exactly
what it means for someone to put enough
pressure on you that you will choose
because of that amount of pain to comply
this is coming from somebody who knows
that what they will use is your greatest
Achilles heel your greatest source of
weakness as leverage in order to make
you choose we have the tendency of
telling ourselves that someone made us
do something but they didn't in order
for you to grasp this concept completely
I'm gonna get really extreme with you in
the hopes that any situation that falls
short of this is gonna make a lot more
sense and you're gonna be able to access
a lot more personal power out of that
if you look over the course of history
there are so many figures people who
have been put in the situation where
they are forced to choose to comply or
choose death and they chose death that's
still a choice it's still a choice they
were able to make let's talk about
torture shall we myself included
there were many people who were put in
situation's of captivity and physical
torture and pain who found out that even
though somebody took choices away
relative to somebody's physical body
they did not take choices relative to
the mind away so you can still choose
what you do with your thoughts the point
is they still had choice because of this
they cannot control you compared to
these extreme situations you should be
able to see your freewill inherent in
any other situation that involves
somebody putting any less pressure than
that on you to choose what they want you
to choose something most people don't
know is that death in and of itself is a
choice upon coming into this life you
now are two points of perspective your
temporal self and non temporal self
actually both have free will in order
for true death to occur both have to
actually agree they have to find
alignment in death so
often this is what comas are actually
about you may very well find yourself in
situations where somebody uses their
power to put so much pressure on your
freewheel that you will use your free
will to choose to comply and no one can
even fault you for it anyone might
choose that in your particular
circumstance
you have every right to feel it is
incredibly unfair and super that
they're using their power in that way
against you however never confuse that
with losing your free will it's just
putting pressure on it to get into
reality and accept what needs to be
accepted as fast as humanly possible
your only access for personal power is
within reality when we are using our
free will to resist what is we have no
power it is wasted energy we are always
at the affect of others and are fighting
the situation we're in instead of making
immediate adjustments in response to it
for example let's say that somebody
refuses to see and accept that an
economy is collapsing obviously the
choices they make are not going to be
particularly empowered choices are they
those are not going to be choices that
lead them to making the right decisions
given the situation at hand also so you
can understand this particular point
even deeper I want you to imagine you're
playing a chess game spending time not
getting into reality refusing to accept
something is absolutely as pointless as
sitting here playing a chess game and
when somebody makes a move spending your
time denying the fact that they've made
that move refusing to accept the fact
that they've made that move that's the
way to lose a chess game once they make
that move you get in reality what chess
move they just made so you can plan your
counter move what this means is you have
got to surrender to the truth at hand
surrendering to the situation itself is
very different than surrendering to the
truth of this situation itself the
second you are able to surrender to the
truth you are able to make those
decisions about thoughts and emotions
and actions that will put you back in a
space of power relative to creating what
you want in the situation that you're in
to understand more about this you can
watch my video titled how to call
on denial and my video titled
reality 3 when we
feel powerless we become hyper focused
and what we can't do it's almost like
the universe around us starts slamming
doors and windows in our face and we sit
there banging on a door and banging on a
window hoping that whoever closed that
window or door will somehow have mercy
on us and open it up again it's wasted
energy because it's dependent upon
somehow the other person on the other
side deciding is in their best interest
to open them again again it's
displacement of your own personal power
it is far more empowering to look for
whatever windows and doors might be open
alternative doors and windows you might
be able to own your power by trying to
convince them it's in their best
interest to open those doors and windows
this is the power of influence and
persuasion at work but I need you to get
it may just benefit you much more to put
your energy towards looking for other
doors and windows long story short if
you want to own your power you've got to
think about what you can do not about
what you can't do how can you influence
direct initiate do something to bring
about what you want for be true to you
this is such a critical point to get for
this you're gonna have to be super
freakin brutally honest with you no one
can control where you put your energy I
mean no one now energy is focus energy
is actions where you direct those things
can to actually be dictated by someone
outside you all they can do is put
enough pressure on you that you choose
to put your energy towards something
that they've decided to serves them
let's talk about commitment for a minute
to commit to something fully is to put
all of your energy into that thing so
how do you have personal empowerment you
put all of your energy into what's true
to you put it into what matters to you
put it into what's meaningful to you put
it into what's important to you another
way of saying this is that your power is
really about staying as true as you
possibly can to your values and what's
important meaningful to you specifically
this requires power
authenticity to understand more about
authenticity watch my video titled how
to be authentic if I realize that this
is a fractal based universe now if you
really grasp what I just said that is
your key to all the personal empowerment
you could possibly want your lifetime
everything that is outside you in this
universe is replicated inside you in
this universe what does this mean it
means that if you feel powerless to
something on the outside you've got a
little bit of an interpersonal
relationship issue going on on the
inside don't you that can be remedied
every conflict that exists externally is
also a conflict that exists inside you
and everything has a consciousness that
you can access if you turn your
attention toward feeling seeing hearing
and knowing these parts inside you and
towards resolving those internal
conflicts you will no longer feel
powerless
if you feel powerless relative to serial
killers find it integrate the serial
killer in you and the part of you that's
a match to being killed by one if you
feel powerless two viruses find it
integrate the part of you that is a
virus and the part of you that's a match
to being destroyed by a virus
if you feel powerless two narcissists
find it integrate the narcissist within
you and find and integrate the part of
you that is in resistance to the
narcissist within you this time-space
reality you currently call home is a
mirror construct what that means is that
the external reflection changes the
second that whatever's being reflected
which is you changes it will blow your
mind how fast this reflection externally
changes when you remedy your
relationships inside you it will also
blow your mind when you do this work of
recognizing that thing that you're
nervous about in the external on the
inside and working with it how much
empowerment you feel with dealing with
that situation in the external it will
change the entire way you approach these
things that you didn't approach well
before if you want more information on
this watch my video is titled
fragmentation the worldwide disease and
parts work what does parts work and how
to do it if you perceive yourself to
have no power relative to
something in the external on the outside
world find it within you and integrated
six put yourself back in your hands in
order to understand this I want you to
imagine that you're in a deep swimming
pool and there are other people in the
swimming pool with you people who you
perceive to have more power and
therefore see is much larger than you
because you doubt yourself because you
lack the confidence what you do is you
swim to each one of them and with each
one you try to climb on top of them so
they can be responsible for you not
drowning in that moment they hold you in
their hands it's up to them whether you
sink or swim isn't it you are their
responsibility so you get to blame them
and make it their fault if you drown
this absolves you have pressure that's
for damn sure but it also absolves you
of your power see where you are doing
this in your life see where you're
expecting them to be responsible for you
and therefore putting yourself in their
hands and simply hoping they do the
right thing with you for example you
might be doing this if you expect your
abundance to come through a paycheck
from your boss instead of seeing your
own skills as your venue for achieving
abundance you might be doing this if you
expect your doctor to heal you instead
of taking responsibility for your own
health you might be doing this if you
expect other people to make decisions
that affect your life you might be doing
this if you make your partner
responsible for changing in order to be
whatever makes you feel good and
powerlessly sinking into unhappiness in
the relationship you're in instead of
actively taking steps to change the
dynamic or choosing another partner so I
want you to ask yourself some questions
how can things related to your
well-being be in your hands instead
where do you think the power lies in
this situation how can you switch the
situation so that the power lies with
you people who intensely embrace
responsibility are the ones that have
the most power next point words have
incredible power choose those words that
empower you instead of those that
disempower you for example change I
can't - I won't or I choose not to
often when we say I can't what's
happening is that we're recognizing a
limit that doesn't actually inherently
exist or we're failing to recognize and
powerfully own a limit and do something
about it
meaning if that's a limit how do you
accomplish what you want in another way
change he made me into he put so much
pressure on me
that I chose to your words shaped the
way you think about yourself in the
world around you on a deeply
subconscious level this includes
language where you're blaming or making
excuses when you're not owning your
power you will have a plethora of
excuses for why the thing you want has
not come to pass for why it's not
happening for why you can't bring about
what you're wanting pay close attention
to the language you are using to convey
why you made certain decisions or
choices or why something is or isn't
happening the way that you want it to be
happening you might be surprised to
notice just how often you're making
excuses and I don't want you to forget
absolving yourself if responsibility
absolves you have power as well seven
recognize feel and build your confidence
so much about feeling personal power
taking your power back is about feeling
confident and you're not in that
circumstance right now if you do lack
the power what it is is you're
recognizing where you have no confidence
in the situation at hand so I want you
to flip this ask yourself the reverse
what relative to this particular
situation I find myself in do I feel
confidence about how could you increase
your confidence in that situation what
could you learn in order to increase
your confidence relative to the
situation at hand I also want you to
make a list of what you do feel
confident in that has nothing to do with
this particular scenario we have the
tendency of focusing on where our lack
is because we are a growth focused type
of species we always focus on where the
deficiency is not where the let's call
it abundances so one of the steps you
can take to fill your personal power is
to recognize where you actually have
confidence in life if you
nice where you have confidence in life
the areas where you don't won't feel
like they diminish you so much for
example you may feel totally confident
with cooking or being able to work with
someone's emotions or fixing a car or
painting or understanding complex
concepts or cleaning and organizing
resource the confidence that you
currently take for granted and those
things also never forget there was a
point in time where none of us feel
confident with walking but now we feel
so incredibly confident with walking
that none of us would even think to put
it on this list eight get out of the
position of victim I'm not gonna
Gaslight you people are raped people are
murdered people get taken advantage of
every single day these are things that
fit into the category of being
victimized do victims exist hell yeah
but they also don't exist we're all just
the victims of victims why do I say this
people don't hurt someone unless they're
hurt themselves all right so here's the
reality you were the one who was hurt in
the situation you weren't or the rub of
it doesn't change anything this will be
one of the hardest pills you ever
swallow if he were truly victimized I
can tell you this myself
the fact that you were victimized won't
change a thing and it sure as
doesn't mean that the other person who
caused you that pain will ever take
responsibility human beings make a big
mistake they like to look at fault or
blame and assume that responsibility
goes hand in hand with it it doesn't
there is no relationship between
responsibility and fault fault and
responsibility don't go together in a
world where every being has power and
taking responsibility is not an
admission of guilt it is not letting
someone who hurt you off the hook it is
nothing more than a recognition of
personal power it's an act of emotional
self-preservation and empowerment in
other words it isn't a man's fault that
he had an abusive alcoholic father but
even if it is his father's fault this
doesn't mean his father will ever take
responsibility for picking up the pieces
and writing his wrongs and fixing the
son he abused this means if he wants a
life that feels good
the ball is only in his court to pick up
the pieces of himself to find a new
fulfilling relationship and he'll it
doesn't matter if something in your life
is someone else's fault you can't
guarantee they will ever take
responsibility for fixing it this means
the power and therefore responsibility
is in your hands even if it isn't your
fault to change the situation into what
you want it to be instead so I want you
to look at responsibility in this way
imagine that the word was response and
ability essentially that works itself
into the ability to respond do you
always have the ability to respond yes
as the answer to that question so in
what ways can you respond so as to bring
about what you want what happened to you
happened it can't unhappen so the only
question left is what you're gonna do
with it now there is so much shame going
on in the world today about being in
victim mentality that it's very hard now
for people who are genuinely victimized
to actually process through the feelings
that come along with being victimized by
someone to being wronged or being hurt
by them it's almost like it's not even
right to think about it that way that is
not what I am here to say to you today
in fact it is critical if you have been
in this victim role to actually process
through all of the feelings associated
with being in the role of the victim to
take loving care of the part of yourself
who feels as if it's been wronged that
feels as if it's completely powerless to
somebody else you have to do that in
order to heal that means you have to
admit to it in order to heal so I would
love it if we could all get rid of this
shaming that we keep doing to victims
but this is what I'm gonna say to you
once you have processed through those
emotions what are you gonna do with the
situation now the reason that you would
want to stay in that role of the victim
is because it serves you somehow again
there's no shame in this I mean none at
all what it is is that you were really
desperate to convince somebody that
you're innocent and good so that they
decide to take mercy on you and by
taking mercy on you they decide to do
things with their energy to bring you to
what is
good for you so again it's a
displacement of power if they see me as
innocent and they see me as good they
will take responsibility for doing
something that gets me to what I want
that's what victim mentality is about
being in the victim role is an attempt
to put yourself in other people's hands
so face the very hard question what
positive thing do I get or am i trying
to get out of complaining to people or
telling them how badly I was hurt by
someone all there is is a decision to
make about whether you want to maintain
that position or whether a different
approach serves you better how might you
have power in the matter instead 9
wherever possible you need to make sure
that you're in the position of cause
instead of effect we live in a universe
that is based off of a law of cause and
effect no we don't really think about it
being within our power to be on one side
or other side of the equation but we
actually have some here's what I mean by
that you live in a universe where
everything other people do is gonna
affect you everything you do is gonna
affect others however these are two
different positions now all too often we
let ourselves stay in the position of
being at the effect of others to give
you an example of what I mean this is
something that entrepreneurs have
figured out and quickly if you're in the
position of being able to be fired by
someone then you are at the effect of
them so an entrepreneur has essentially
decided to put themselves in the
position of causation I'm the one who
creates all the mess ups in my world a
person in a relationship who simply
blames their partner for the negative
pattern that is occurring within the
relationship is at the effect of their
partner how do they switch into the COS
position by recognizing their role
within that pattern how they themselves
feed into it once they recognize
anything that's theirs in the situation
and change anything that they can based
off of that awareness in the situation
they have switched into the position of
causation so anytime you're in a
situation where you feel as if you are
at
the effect of someone else I want you to
ask yourself this question how could I
adapt to the reality of this situation
so as to switch back into the position
of cause instead of effect 10 follow the
North Star of your desires this fits in
nicely with the previous point that I
made about being true to you desire is
freaking everything remember the
definition of power it's about being
able to bring about what you want desire
is inherent within power commit your
energy to your desires values and what
is meaningful and what is important to
you follow these things like a compass
pointing you do north as I've said
earlier to fully commit to something is
to put all of your energy into something
this means mental emotional and physical
focus and actions your personal power is
about being able to bring about what you
want
this means commitment to what you want
what is meaningful important and what
you value is central to personal power
doing this following the North Star of
your desires makes you a driver of your
life instead of a passenger but I do
have to warn you doing this means you
have to be willing to go in a different
direction than other people are going
doing this might mean if you're a total
rebel going in the same direction
everyone else might be going it's gonna
be just as hard for you if you were
rebellious type of person doing this
means the willingness to stand out from
the crowd doing this means continuing to
point north no matter how much pressure
someone puts on you and that includes
making you wrong for what you want there
are plenty of situations in life where
it is perfectly in alignment for you to
take your power and get in the backseat
and let somebody else's power get in the
front seat in a given situation I'll be
talking more about those types of
situations when it comes to teachings on
relationship there are lots of
situations where it's not even about
power being in the front seat of the
back seat however for the sake of this
episode which is all about you owning
your personal power you've got to get
that it is within your power to choose
whether to give somebody that front seat
or not
that means it's a choice that means you
have power

Supreme Revenge (full film) | FRONTLINE

Most of you have had the experience of somebody suddenly and without any explanation severing connection and all contact and all communication with you just like that this is behavior that’s called ghosting why because they pull a disappearing act just like a ghost ghosting is not a new thing people have been pulling these disappearing acts since the beginning of time but the thing is is that the occurrence and the normalization of it is on the rise the reason is because increasingly more and more of our connection is happening online with more of our connections happening online and therefore us knowing less and less mutual people in common let’s just say there are less consequences for us pulling a disappearing act unfortunately the more that ghosting happens to ourselves our family our friends the more normalized we become with it there are two main reasons why someone might ghost you fear of engaging with you especially in the case that any engagement with you would lead to pain or conflict two the use of it as a passive aggressive power move if the former is the case it’s an avoidance strategy they’re using ghosting as a way of avoiding whatever consequence or pain or whatever they feel like is going to be a result of engaging with you for example let’s say that somebody perceives you to be a person who never actually listens you’re a person who simply invalidates anything that’s said and will never change your opinion on anything and so they perceive you to be unworkable because of that perception of unworkability this person might just simply not engage with you at all and not communicate and vanish off the face of the planet and never tell you why they’re never going to tell you why because they perceive you to be a person who it’s only going to get worse if i do say something or for example imagine that there’s a guy on a dating site you’ve been chatting back and forth and all of a sudden without any warning he doesn’t talk to you by the way this is also common if you actually have been on several dates now maybe this guy has realized he’s just not that into you maybe he’s met somebody else on a site that he likes better but he doesn’t want to feel like the bad guy he doesn’t want to hurt your feelings by coming at you and saying i’m not really that into you he also wants a no drama no questions asked no need to justify himself or deal with your emotions ending so he simply avoids it all by suddenly ceasing to respond altogether it’s a convenient way to bypass a breakup seeing how the root of ghosting is so often fear of conflict it might be a good idea to watch my video titled how to overcome the fear of conflict it is important to note here also with regards to the rest of this video but there is a very big difference between ghosting so as to avoid things and ghosting so as to exit an abusive relationship anybody who’s been in a super abusive relationship knows that if you try often times to confront an abusive partner with the idea that you want to end the relationship you might actually get killed and if that’s the case i don’t even like that we would call that ghosting it’s taking a really really good proactive strategic step to not get yourself hurt so i want you to differentiate between behavior where you cutting off communication cutting off contact and kind of vanishing within abusive relationships and having that behavior as a relation style if someone is ghosting in a passive aggressive power move it’s a control tactic oh and by the way people love to do this as a form of punishment you’re probably already familiar with the silent treatment or stonewalling for those of you that don’t know stonewalling is when you cut yourself off or become emotionally unavailable or walk out of the room in a way that cuts you off from the other person makes you unavailable or unreachable to them kind of like erecting a stone wall between yourself and them when ghosting is used in this way is a form of emotional cruelty and it’s one of the most destructive relationship habits we can do as much as you may hate to see this a relationship takes two it’s about connection that means the person who holds the power in a relationship is the person who can disconnect the person who refuses to maintain the connection we know this at our core that’s the reason why when you’re in your most powerless states in an argument in a relationship you get up and walk out the freaking door because you know the one who has the control is this one we also know how painful emotional withdrawal is at our core we know how vulnerable it makes the other person so if we feel pushed into a corner especially if we feel victimized by the other person we tend to not have any qualms about using emotionally abusive tactics no matter what the motive is behind ghosting no matter whether it’s conscious or unconscious ghosting creates psychological and emotional wounds so why is ghosting so painful well first and foremost emotional withdrawal is a form of abandonment and this is a very serious thing when it comes to people why because as a human you are a relationally dependent species you’re a group species connection is in fact a greater need for you as a physical human than food or water which is why when you have an intensely bad breakup how easy is it for you to eat and sleep connection is such an important need and when somebody withdraws like this when somebody ghosts you it’s a threat to your most basic fundamental need on top of this in case you haven’t noticed people have to assign meaning to experiences we have to understand the meaning behind things why they happened in order to put reason to anything in order to know what to do about it if no explanation is given people become consumed in a dizzying mess of potential explanations and tend to vacillate between confusion and choosing whatever painful meaning is the most believable to them lack of closure drives people crazy did i say or do something wrong did they lose their phone am i not pretty enough so i just got rejected why didn’t i know this was going to happen am i a social idiot did they get into a car wreck and die do they not care it is the meaning that we assign to experiences especially ghosting that has the capacity to do so much damage long term to understand more about this watch my video titled meaning the self-destruct button when someone ghosts us we go from feeling like someone cared about us to feeling like they don’t care about us at all this causes immediate humiliation it calls into question how real a relationship even was it causes us to negatively question and doubt ourselves we feel disrespected and disposable and therefore it registers in our being as a rejection and as betrayal guess what you can even look to science for this one social rejection registers within the physical body the same way that physical pain does only it’s worse why because when you’re experiencing physical pain you don’t have the added layer of all those painful horrible and also untrue stories you might be telling about yourself whenever we get rejected we go to work trying to figure out what is bad and what is wrong about us so we can try to fix it somehow so we can guarantee connection in the future deep down we take the blame for someone ghosting us here’s the other thing and this might actually be for your own awareness the single thing which makes it the most difficult to get over being ghosted and that is this ghosting makes you feel completely out of control and completely dysregulated because if you don’t even know what happened you don’t even know how to react or respond for example let’s imagine that the truth as to why somebody just ghosted you for them is that somebody triangulated against you so they were triangulated if you knew that if you knew that was the reason then a typical response might be something like confronting the person doing the triangulating and confronting the person who has listened to the triangulation however let’s imagine that the reason somebody ghosted you is because there was a death in the family and all of a sudden this person finds themselves in an emotional hell spiral so bad they just can’t reach out to other people in their life if you knew that was the reason it would be a totally different reaction wouldn’t it something like okay well it really hurts but i’m here for you whenever you need or if you need me two totally different reactions based off of the information you would receive as to why someone’s ghosting you without that information talk about uncertainty this is what makes ghosting so hard to resolve without any information or explanation or reason given it becomes very very hard to emotionally process what happened and the trauma of the emotional abandonment so as to feel resolved and create closure so what should you do if you get ghosted one give it one last shot to find out the truth this if you can actually achieve it will help you with closure as well for this to work you’re going to have to roll out the red carpet for people to tell you the truth obviously you should only do this if you’re actually dedicated to self-awareness and awareness in general when someone goes to the highest likelihood is that they have some sort of an issue with conflict this means you’re going to have to roll out the red carpet in a way that makes it super safe and super easy for them to tell you the truths by the way this is still not a guarantee that you can get them to actually tell you the truth or even to respond in the first place but it’s worth a shot many people have luck creating closure by directly asking for the truth and promising that there will be no consequences or strong emotional displays or defensiveness for the answer now when i say this it’s very important to understand if you promise there will be no consequences or no serious reactivity to what you say you can’t have a serious reaction to what is said you can’t actually create a consequence if you promise there will be none because you’re going to be reinforcing the other person’s issue with conflict so you could try to send a message like this hey i feel like all of a sudden you just stop talking or responding to me it really means a lot to me to be able to find a person to be with one day and so i could use all the honesty and all the help i can get i promise i won’t get upset or defensive i just need some honest reflection rather than to keep on guessing would you be willing to tell me the truth about why you stopped communicating with me you would be super surprised how honest people can be when you make it super easy and safe for them to be honest while their answer does not justify ghosting and while it makes perfect sense for you to be furious that you would even have to think about taking this step you can learn a hell of a lot from whatever answer you receive should they answer to it not only are you going to learn things that help you resolve the situation at hand you’re going to learn a hell of a lot about yourself and awareness about this world we live in and other people especially now here’s the rule if you have done that that last ditch effort to get the truth from them and they still don’t respond to you here is the rule of thumb don’t text don’t email them don’t message them don’t go to their house no contact no communication don’t put yourself out there again okay you got to maintain your self-respect and here’s the other rule you’re also not going to reach out to them in one year or two years or whatever the rule of thumb is if you have taken that step and they do not respond it is 100 their responsibility to create repair in that relationship wow that means it’s up to them if they want repair to reach out to you to create that repair also to prove that behavior has changed two regardless of the actual reasons that somebody might give you for why they ghosted these might be reasons that have to do with you or might be reasons to have to do with them you have to differentiate between those excuses or reasons and the decision to ghost based off of those reasons many psychologists and self-help experts will tell you that ghosting has nothing to do with you and everything to do with the person ghosting okay the problem is that that doesn’t really work in a universe based off of the law of mirroring but to generalize people who decide to look at these reasons that they’re having an issue in a particular relationship and ghost because of it have a really hard time dealing with discomfort to generalize people who ghost don’t know how to handle discomfort the second that even the potential of discomfort arises they go into avoidance mode many people who ghost tend to be intimacy phobic fear commitment have huge issues with conflict or are passive aggressively trying to get power the actual reality of ghosting is that you would gain a hell of a lot of self-awareness and awareness in general if you knew the actual reason why that person had decided to ghost you reasons that may have to do with you and may have to do with them or both but you can’t control getting that can you and any reason for ghosting that the ghoster could attribute to you or themselves is still separate of the decision to ghost because of it to give you an aggressive example of this people have reasons for killing people too but you guys okay the decision to respond to something by killing someone in and of itself as a response is an issue and the onus of that response is on a person killing someone and this is how ghosting works as well ghosting is a dysfunctional relationship pattern where the person ghosting may have several excuses but the issue of taking those excuses and deciding to go someone because of them is a separate issue it’s a dysfunctional relationship dynamic and that’s on them that’s on the person who is ghosting three the biggest problem with ghosting is this you may never ever know i mean till the day you die you may never know why someone ghosted you that sucks for this reason you have to ask yourself what would i do differently as of today and what would create the most resolve for me if it was a 100 percent guarantee that i will never know why the answer to this question is how to take your power back in a situation where you may be powerless because you can’t force someone to engage with you four you gotta know that when somebody goes to what that behavior is really communicating to you is this i don’t have what it takes to have a healthy and mature relationship with you much less anyone and for those of you who hear that and go oh my god opportunity for rescue you have to understand that while all people have the potential to develop into healthy and mature relationships the capacity to have them never confuse potential with will do something free will trumps potential it is also smart to remember that people who are capable of having and or want to have mature healthy relationships with you who are committed to you and to the connection with you will find ways to show up in the relationship you can’t be responsible for 100 of a relationship as much as you may want that level of power and control this is part of the innate vulnerability that is inherent in relationships you can’t pull someone hard enough to compensate for their half of the relationship how they act towards you is an indication of the style of their relationships do you want that style i’m going to ask yourself this question am i willing to by accepting this pattern by saying engaged in this pattern with this person by continuing to pull them even though they have no interest in really committing or putting their energy forth to being around me am i going to say yes to the universe this is right and good for me this is what i will accept it’s very important what you say yes to it is a message not only you’re sending yourself and everyone around you but this universe at large don’t don’t chase ghosts unless you want your relationships to be marked by the constant fear that something’s wrong with you intermittent reinforcement avoidance emotional abandonment and emotional starvation also you got to be aware that some ghosts aren’t really full-blown ghosts they’re also partial ghosts and guess what partial ghosts are even worse than people who full-blown ghost you why because it’s a guarantee that when you stick with them when you continue engaging with this behavior regardless of whether somebody is being unavailable in this way you are signing up for an intermittent reinforcement pattern in relationships which by the way is one of the most abusive relationships in human dynamics for more information about this watch my video titled why you can’t leave the relationship intermittent reinforcement even though being ghosted super sucks i want you to consider that you might just have dodged a bullet if someone goes to what they are really saying without words is i am not good for you to be in a relationship with any way a person who could not be honest with you and could not take care of the connection so they simply cut all communication is not a person who you can build a safe relationship with by the way if you are interested in how to build a safe relationship you can watch a video that i did titled how to create a safe relationship five put conscious energy into healing the wound that is caused by ghosting as well as actively consciously seeking out the opposite experience to heal is to experience the opposite if you want to understand more about this you can watch my video titled what is healing when you get ghosted you might run into feelings of rejection and betrayal and abandonment you might doubt yourself or even your worth you might hear your mind telling you things like there’s no way someone would just stop communicating with me if i was a good catcher if i didn’t say or do anything wrong people who get ghosted tend to either turn being ghosted against themselves and internalize it or begin to form universal beliefs about all people or all men or all women or all people on dating sites be aware that those wounds that are caused by ghosting make you very vulnerable to telling stories about what has happened that aren’t actually correct and remember being ghosted has absolutely nothing to do with your value in fact being seen as valuable has nothing to do with your actual value and if you don’t believe me you can watch my video titled how to handle rejection ghosting is a dysfunctional relationship pattern at best a severely emotionally abusive tactic at worst and what is the most tragic thing is that it is becoming normalized it is super common that when somebody sees ghosting happening all around them they start to pick up this tactic as well what i’m saying here is that it’s pretty common if you get ghosted to start ghosting people and if we want a society that’s even halfway healthy to live in we have got to stop perpetuating this cycle of emotional abuse don’t ghost people and don’t chase ghosts have a good week if you like this video be sure to share it like it and also subscribe to my channel so you can see more content like this but i want to personally thank you for taking the initiative and having the bravery to step into the space of awareness not only for yourself but for the benefit of those around you you

Welcome to "The Chronically Online Algorithm" 1. Introduction: Your Guide to a Digital Wonderland Welcome to "πŸ‘¨πŸ»‍πŸš€The Chronically Online AlgorithmπŸ‘½". From its header—a chaotic tapestry of emoticons and symbols—to its relentless posting schedule, the blog is a direct reflection of a mind processing a constant, high-volume stream of digital information. At first glance, it might seem like an indecipherable storm of links, videos, and cultural artifacts. Think of it as a living archive or a public digital scrapbook, charting a journey through a universe of interconnected ideas that span from ancient mysticism to cutting-edge technology and political commentary. The purpose of this primer is to act as your guide. We will map out the main recurring themes that form the intellectual backbone of the blog, helping you navigate its vast and eclectic collection of content and find the topics that spark your own curiosity. 2. The Core Themes: A Map of the Territory While the blog's content is incredibly diverse, it consistently revolves around a few central pillars of interest. These pillars are drawn from the author's "INTERESTORNADO," a list that reveals a deep fascination with hidden systems, alternative knowledge, and the future of humanity. This guide will introduce you to the three major themes that anchor the blog's explorations: * Esotericism & Spirituality * Conspiracy & Alternative Theories * Technology & Futurism Let's begin our journey by exploring the first and most prominent theme: the search for hidden spiritual knowledge. 3. Theme 1: Esotericism & The Search for Hidden Knowledge A significant portion of the blog is dedicated to Esotericism, which refers to spiritual traditions that explore hidden knowledge and the deeper, unseen meanings of existence. It is a path of self-discovery that encourages questioning and direct personal experience. The blog itself offers a concise definition in its "map of the esoteric" section: Esotericism, often shrouded in mystery and intrigue, encompasses a wide array of spiritual and philosophical traditions that seek to delve into the hidden knowledge and deeper meanings of existence. It's a journey of self-discovery, spiritual growth, and the exploration of the interconnectedness of all things. The blog explores this theme through a variety of specific traditions. Among the many mentioned in the author's interests, a few key examples stand out: * Gnosticism * Hermeticism * Tarot Gnosticism, in particular, is a recurring topic. It represents an ancient spiritual movement focused on achieving salvation through direct, personal knowledge (gnosis) of the divine. A tangible example of the content you can expect is the post linking to the YouTube video, "Gnostic Immortality: You’ll NEVER Experience Death & Why They Buried It (full guide)". This focus on questioning established spiritual history provides a natural bridge to the blog's tendency to question the official narratives of our modern world. 4. Theme 2: Conspiracy & Alternative Theories - Questioning the Narrative Flowing from its interest in hidden spiritual knowledge, the blog also encourages a deep skepticism of official stories in the material world. This is captured by the "Conspiracy Theory/Truth Movement" interest, which drives an exploration of alternative viewpoints on politics, hidden history, and unconventional science. The content in this area is broad, serving as a repository for information that challenges mainstream perspectives. The following table highlights the breadth of this theme with specific examples found on the blog: Topic Area Example Blog Post/Interest Political & Economic Power "Who Owns America? Bernie Sanders Says the Quiet Part Out Loud" Geopolitical Analysis ""Something UGLY Is About To Hit America..." | Whitney Webb" Unconventional World Models "Flat Earth" from the interest list This commitment to unearthing alternative information is further reflected in the site's organization, with content frequently categorized under labels like TRUTH and nwo. Just as the blog questions the past and present, it also speculates intensely about the future, particularly the role technology will play in shaping it. 5. Theme 3: Technology & Futurism - The Dawn of a New Era The blog is deeply fascinated with the future, especially the transformative power of technology and artificial intelligence, as outlined in the "Technology & Futurism" interest category. It tracks the development of concepts that are poised to reshape human existence. Here are three of the most significant futuristic concepts explored: * Artificial Intelligence: The development of smart machines that can think and learn, a topic explored through interests like "AI Art". * The Singularity: A hypothetical future point where technological growth becomes uncontrollable and irreversible, resulting in unforeseeable changes to human civilization. * Simulation Theory: The philosophical idea that our perceived reality might be an artificial simulation, much like a highly advanced computer program. Even within this high-tech focus, the blog maintains a sense of humor. In one chat snippet, an LLM (Large Language Model) is asked about the weather, to which it humorously replies, "I do not have access to the governments weapons, including weather modification." This blend of serious inquiry and playful commentary is central to how the blog connects its wide-ranging interests. 6. Putting It All Together: The "Chronically Online" Worldview So, what is the connecting thread between ancient Gnosticism, modern geopolitical analysis, and future AI? The blog is built on a foundational curiosity about hidden systems. It investigates the unseen forces that shape our world, whether they are: * Spiritual and metaphysical (Esotericism) * Societal and political (Conspiracies) * Technological and computational (AI & Futurism) This is a space where a deep-dive analysis by geopolitical journalist Whitney Webb can appear on the same day as a video titled "15 Minutes of Celebrities Meeting Old Friends From Their Past." The underlying philosophy is that both are data points in the vast, interconnected information stream. It is a truly "chronically online" worldview, where everything is a potential clue to understanding the larger systems at play. 7. How to Start Your Exploration For a new reader, the sheer volume of content can be overwhelming. Be prepared for the scale: the blog archives show thousands of posts per year (with over 2,600 in the first ten months of 2025 alone), making the navigation tools essential. Here are a few recommended starting points to begin your own journey of discovery: 1. Browse the Labels: The sidebar features a "Labels" section, the perfect way to find posts on specific topics. Look for tags like TRUTH and matrix for thematic content, but also explore more personal and humorous labels like fuckinghilarious!!!, labelwhore, or holyshitspirit to get a feel for the blog's unfiltered personality. 2. Check the Popular Posts: This section gives you a snapshot of what content is currently resonating most with other readers. It’s an excellent way to discover some of the blog's most compelling or timely finds. 3. Explore the Pages: The list of "Pages" at the top of the blog contains more permanent, curated collections of information. Look for descriptive pages like "libraries system esoterica" for curated resources, or more mysterious pages like OPERATIONNOITAREPO and COCTEAUTWINS=NAME that reflect the blog's scrapbook-like nature. Now it's your turn. Dive in, follow the threads that intrigue you, and embrace the journey of discovery that "The Chronically Online Algorithm" has to offer.
