Digital Rituals: Humanity’s New Religion - YouTube
Transcripts:
Welcome back everyone. So we've arrived at a point in human existence where something different is happening. It's not new, it's just different and that is spirituality is adapting to the digital age. To be more specific, there is this emergence of rituals and modern mysticism online. Now, I just want you to know that I'm not going to cover everything related to this topic in this one video.
I'll have to discuss this in several other videos in the future. So, for right now, I'm just going to narrow in on a few things here. And those are more or less how spiritual practices, mysticism, and rituals are moving into or being transformed by technology. And it's important because we're just human folks.
And a lot of times we just don't notice certain things unless they are pointed out to us by other humans. Now we have religious groups, spiritual communities or new ungrounded metaphysical groups holding rituals, meditations, healings or even worship entirely online. People are live streaming. They're using VR, AR augmentation, and other types of video platforms.
And that makes these things accessible to everyone with remote participants. It changes the atmosphere to where there is no physical sacred space and it introduces new possibilities such as digital artifacts and a synchronized virtual presence. So folks, think of this video as a warning or simply as a message to keep you aware of something.
When spiritual discovery happens online, search engines, AI recommendation systems, and social feeds become the modern oracles. They can in real time edit and curate belief systems pushing some ideologies while burying others. That means your spiritual path can be data-shaped, not divinely guided. It then becomes an illusion of free choice engineered by engagement metrics.
You see? So folks, we're entering into a world where people are no longer guided by God or a book. And the truth is now an algorithm. [Music] [Music] So, it seems that augmented and virtual reality are changing the way people experience spirituality. Instead of traveling to a temple, a church, or a sacred site, people can now step into one through a headset, or even their phone.
They can sit in front of a laptop or a PC. Imagine putting on a VR headset and suddenly finding yourself standing inside a glowing geometric temple surrounded by light and sound that shifts with your breath or movement. Some people use these digital spaces for meditation, guided journeys, virtual ceremonies where people from around the world can gather together in real time.
In a sense, technology is turning the idea of sacred space into something that can be shared and personalized. It's not really about replacing the real thing. It's more about expanding what a spiritual environment can be. I mean, let's be honest, folks. People can be pretty lazy when it comes to going to church or temple, right? So, it does make the experience more accessible and immersive.
Of course, there is the question about authenticity and connection, but for many, it could help people who have boundaries of distance or physical location. Then there are the dangers of this which I will get into in a moment. Now, unless you're a tech geek, not many people get into the understanding of blockchain technology, but people are beginning to use cryptocurrency and NFTTS now for spiritual expression and participation.
Imagine completing an online ritual or taking part in a virtual ceremony and receiving a unique digital token as proof that you participated. Almost like receiving a modern-day talisman or badge of initiation. And these ritual tokens would be used to unlock access to private gatherings or lessons.
Or you get to go into sacred digital spaces that only members can enter. You see, they could be something symbolic like a kind of spiritual marker in some type of altar, temple, or sanctuary that exists entirely online. a new form of sacred community, right? You're going to see people come together from all over the world to meditate, to share rituals, exchange esoteric knowledge, or they'll participate in these energy calls or remote healings.
You're going to see people talking about ancient symbols or dream interpretation and the next thing you know they're performing a ritual under a virtual full moon. And folks, it's going to happen more and more because people simply want belonging and a shared purpose. You do know that today there are apps and wearable devices designed to guide people through breath work and meditation.
Devices that will respond to your body in real time. For example, a BOF feedback device can track your heart rate or breathing and adjust the ambient music or lighting in your space to match your current state, helping you relax or deepen your focus. It's like having a digital assistant that tunes the atmosphere to your inner rhythm.
I mean, it sounds pretty cool. It doesn't sound horrible. And people are using these tools to turn their everyday routines into more meaningful and sacred experiences. But here's where things start to get a bit tricky. AI generated spiritual content is becoming more common and it's changing the way people connect with their sense of meaning and intuition.
You can go and find apps and websites that use AI to generate meditative soundsscapes tailored to your mood or even oracle responses that mimic the feel of a digital terror reading or something like that. Some people are using AI bots for divination, folks. Asking them deep personal questions and receiving algorithmically generated messages that sound mystical or profound.
And I get it. The AI mystic is probably more dependable and reliable than a real life person. And you know what folks, I don't blame them. Many of you may not like what I'm going to say, but AI chatbots are proving to be better than a lot of people. It's amazing. The AI has more morals than a lot of people out there.
The AI treats you better than a lot of people out there. I mean, AI isn't perfect either, but at least you're not sitting there waiting hours or even a few days for a response. AI might go unresponsive due to glitches or whatever, or it may time out and you just have to refresh it. But you don't see AI ghosting people at the increasing rate that people are ghosting each other.
People are talking about AI and demons. Are you kidding me? Really? What's more likely to bring demons into your life? An AI chatbot or a person? Let's face it, other people are still way more likely to betray you, commit a crime against you, and screw you over. Still [Music] anyway, spiritual guidance, right? People today can get notifications or messages written by a machine, but based on their search history, their emotional tone, their biometric data.
And when the machine knows these things, it can feel like the universe is speaking directly to you. But in reality, it's datadriven pattern recognition. And what's happening is it's our own algorithms talking back at us. We're starting to see spirituality merge with blockchain technology where people can earn ritual tokens or spiritual credits every time they join a virtual ceremony or complete a guided meditation online.
And so now we have spiritual currency and just like a credit score people are going to have a energy score or a spiritual score. And so what happens is you don't know if people are doing rituals for personal transformation or just to level up in a digital hierarchy like a video game. Folks, this is going to change the value of spirituality.
Turning something once deeply personal into a system of measurable, tradable achievement. AI chatbots are already being used as digital gurus offering readings, guidance, channelneled messages. And so people are going to start to confuse machine generated mysticism with real revelation. Think about it.
A program trained on ancient texts in occult lore, it can take user data and it can easily simulate divine wisdom. You know, traditional ritual depends on physical presence. There's a smell, sounds, energy, vibration. Whatever people thought was sacred now becomes disembodied and modified. So even a ritual becomes entertainment or an aesthetic experience.
And so there is no longer any meaning or energetic authenticity. Do you know what constant engagement with online rituals, avatars, and AI guided experiences are going to do to people? I mean, a lot of people are already messed up anyways, but it it's going to cause identity drift where people start identifying with digital personas rather than their true selves.
Watch. People are going to report sensations of being downloaded or observed or energetically hacked. A technological possession possessed by a machine. Just like AI is working for us in many ways, demons don't have to do the work anymore either. They can just sit back and watch people get possessed by machines.
Now think about that. Isn't that wild? Hey, listen very carefully folks. In the digital age, energy is data. Every click, right? Every prayer emoji that you send and meditation app you use, it creates emotional and biometric data which is going to be converted into spiritual currency and corporations or certain groups are going to use this data for psychological profiling and energetic mapping.
So, your spiritual energy is going to become a trackable, monetizable pattern. You're going to start to hear the term soul tracking more and more. Then you're going to have online spirituality and ancient practices turning into quick buy experiences, NFT amulets, virtual initiations, or vibration upgrades. It's crazy.
Your spirituality is going to be a subscription. The faith seeker becomes a customer. And instead of it feeding your soul, it feeds your ego. There's an even darker side to this. When virtual ceremonies or energy activations rely on hypnotic visuals, binaural audios, suggestive scripts. And when people start to get into these altered states without proper grounding or protection, that can lead to dissociation.
They can get emotionally overloaded. Then they develop a dependency on the ritual service provider, a feedback loop of transcendence that's designed more for retention than enlightenment. Online spaces create echo chambers, right? So that means feedback in these spiritual spaces is going to be filtered. People wanting to get off of these platforms is going to be discouraged and then all of these false prophets gain power in the scary near future.
And it's already happening. We're going to have AI generated deceased gurus, saints or prophets speaking new messages in their likeness. no boundaries and nothing more than mass spiritual deception where digital ghosts rewrite teachings for modern agendas. The greatest danger here is when the digital mysticism simulates transcendence to the point where people actually believe they've ascended when in reality they've just entered a higher level of illusion and it's a spiritual simulation.
So their awakening is nothing more than a video game. And if the simulation can give a person enlightenment, why would they ever leave it? Anyway, folks, that's going to be all for now, and there is more to come. Please click the thumbs up button for me and like this video, share it with others, and please leave your thoughts about all of this in the comments below.
Once again, everyone, have a great day, and as always, stay awake, stay aware, stay safe. and I'll talk to you all soon
