NICK GROFF: Last week on "Death Walker." Real crazy stuff happened with spirits that caused the exorcisms to happen. I didn't ask him about the girls levitating. But I know that he woke up one night, and his nose is on the ceiling. [suspenseful music] [dog barking] This is where I've seen the shadow figure. MAN: Daytime, nighttime, doesn't matter.
It's weirder than just you die and become an invisible version of yourself. [eerie music] NICK GROFF: My journey has led me around the world to some of the most haunted locations searching for answers from the other side. I've always been fascinated with the teachings and practices of the world's largest secret society known as the Freemasons.
Despite its longevity, Freemasons have long been shrouded in mystery. To outside observers, the organization's rights and practices may seem cult like, clannish, and secretive. The Octagon Hall Museum in Franklin Kentucky and the Morrison Lodge in Elizabethtown, Kentucky are only located 1 and 1/2 hours from each other. I found that there's a significant convergence of several major ley lines that criss-cross around the globe with ancient monuments and natural landforms and carry along with them streams of supernatural energy.
It's this energy, theorists argue, that cause a rise in paranormal activity. Join me as I investigate new theories of the unknown. [theme music] Well, Nick, it's an awfully good pleasure to have you here tonight. I really appreciate it. Thank you. Oh, man, I hope you have a great night because Hall is the Hall. Building dates back to 1847.
So from that point, the building is the lane. It goes back way farther than that. And then we have the Civil War happening here, and other tragedies continue on through that. So it makes it a very interesting haunt. So tell me-- let's go back in history. So how did all this start? How did this property be the focal point of this building? When did it all start here? It started in 1847, Andrew Jackson Caldwell. And this man, he was into leather.
He had a place in Russellville that he was building saddles and so forth. He also had a tannery in Auburn, which is about halfway between here and there. And then he started on this property here for his home site. So we're dating back well over a hundred and-- 73 years. It's 173 years this year. Yeah. - This year, right now? Yes, sir.
Right now, we're 173 years. It's 95% original, so it's pretty nice. It's really preserved, especially through the wars, too. That's what's really crazy. BEAR: Right. It went through some tough times obviously. Bowling Green was the capital of the Confederacy back then even though Kentucky was neutral. The north part of it was more Northern, and down here, we were very Southern sympathizers.
Troops from the North, including Northern Kentucky, Illinois, and Wisconsin came here, surrounded Bowling Green at the high grounds, and lob shells into Bowling Green and shelled them for three days. The Confederates decided, hey, let's get out of here. NICK GROFF: Yeah. BEAR: And they marched the 20 miles to this house.
So on February 13, 1862, 9,000 Confederate soldiers came here. NICK GROFF: Wow. BEAR: A lot of them were wounded. That's what I was gonna ask. So did anyone die in here? BEAR: You know, they had major surgeries, and they had everything else. A lot of men made it here didn't make it out. It's not just about the ghosts, the spirits, and the hauntings particularly just on that.
It's everything here, right? Oh, yeah. When I first talked to you on the phone, you were really enthusiastic about different dimensions, the layers-- pulling back the layers here because it's not one thing that's haunting this place, right? It's not just this person died here. That's a fact, that's who's haunting this place, and that's that. Yeah.
But we truly don't know who we're speaking to or what we're crossing paths with or when something's unexplainable happened. So what exactly is going on here? Hopefully, you'll be able to tell us a little bit more about it because as we've done several investigations here and everything else, we find that this property has some kind of magnetism to it.
I don't know if there's geo stones buried out there, if it's been amassed this way forever. But the anomalies that you see here are just incredible. I mean you're gonna have UFO activity. You're gonna have strange creature activity. Bigfoot has been seen on the property. Train is an interesting thing. We're a 501(c). We don't take any money from the government or US state.
And so we'll have haunts, and we'll do that. We had a novice haunt here that night. And we had some interesting people here. We had a guy that was very high up in CSX, which is a railroad company here. On the property right now, it's 300 acres. And it sits and it ends at the railroad track. And that railroad track came in 1858. We were all outside.
And all of a sudden, no noise, no nothing, a train appeared on the tracks. NICK GROFF: Wow. BEAR: Told that of. You can see the windows in it. You can see people walking through it. And this guy now is becoming concerned because that's a freight line. No passenger trains are allowed on that line. - Yeah, it's strange. - Yeah. By the way, when you were just talking, did you hear a woman's voice? You hear them all the time.
They're walking by down the hall. - It was just like-- - Yeah, just like "Too." You heard that, right? - Yeah. - That was right behind you. What was that? I don't know. It could be several of them. Some people say that I have one or two follow me around and will like to do it. It sounded like a female voice. It just kind of like "ah.
" Everybody asks you, what's the worst thing you hear, bud? The thing about it is, is that every day, the Hall changes. Let's go in there. Yeah, sure. Let's go talk in there. This is the greatest part about coming to a location like this. You have so much history. But it's the layers upon layers of just unexplainable things right here. It's a melting pot. Right. And we have from the history where underneath the cave systems, Mammoth Cave is right up there.
There's so many different aspects to why this property may have this charge or this thing into it. We're also set at 36.5. We're between almost the 37th parallel. We know all the kind of stuff that goes on the 37th parallel. So it's supernatural in its own mind-- in its own way. And then you have ancient Paleo-Indians. You have all these tribes.
You have all this stuff out here. Mounds are around this area. And I'll tell you what. When Justin and myself, we were outside, right? We were getting some drone shots of the property. Yeah. All of the sudden, we see this ball of light, look like a UFO flying above in the sky over here. Yeah. And-- Not far off, just right above.
Just flying this way and that was hovering in which shot up, shot down, shot over. And then two hawks were flying by like lower. Yeah. And then it would just move. And I'm trying to get my camera to film it. There was me, Justin, and John. We both saw it clear as a bell. And kind of went up and took a dart like straight over, if you remember. Then it seemed like it was gaining altitude. And it almost did like a squiggly thing, remember? Yeah.
And then it did another right angle thing towards the left. And then it just kind of floated off and just kept ascending until you couldn't see it anymore. - And you're a part of MUFON-- - MUFON. - Right? - Yeah. I'm the state director of Kentucky in fact. And we have seen so many different experiences. And it gets to the bizarre and the weird.
NICK GROFF (VOICEOVER): Bear gave me so much to think about when it comes to the paranormal phenomena at this location, a location that is not only rich in history but runs right along the 37th parallel. The 37th north parallel in latitude, known to some as America's paranormal highway or UFO highway, this line on the map is littered with cases from UFO sightings to cattle mutilations to ancient sacred sites.
The phenomena stretches about 70 miles on either side of the 37th which makes it just about the area between the 36 and 38th parallels. And not only does the Octagon Hall sit inside this band of activity but so does the Morrison Lodge. So can I give you the history, I guess? Yeah. So tell me a little bit about this location. Morrison Lodge was originally chartered in 1823 by the Grand Lodge of Kentucky.
It was built on this location in throughout the 1800s and stuff like that. This downstairs area was leased out to the Hardin County Academy from what we understand, which was an all girls school slash orphanage. The downstairs area was that, upstairs area was always part of the fourth Freemasons. We know that the girls school was through here a lot of the century and stuff like that.
Of course, unfortunately, records are a little fuzzy when you're going back over 100 years. We know that on December 26, 1864, when John Hunt Morgan and his Raiders came through Elizabethtown to destroy the railroad trestles, to cut supply lines to the North. And the Battle of Elizabethtown happened that the lodge was seized as the overflow hospital for soldiers and civilians who were wounded at that point in time. It's an interesting location.
I've always been fascinated by places, just in general, buildings that hold so much history. I think history is key with anything, right? Everything starts with the story and things that have happened there. Then it kind of ripple effects the environment with things that occur. What do you think is happening here at this location? At this location [sigh] I think, there's a lot of history tied to the lodge, especially when you start moving into the 20th century era.
Because in 1906-- between 1906 and 1908, the lodge burned down. And the current building we're standing in was built on the original foundation in 1913. Throughout that time frame, most of the downstairs area was leased out to different businesses, for doctors and dentists, and churches, and different things just to help pay for the lodge of the building, where the upstairs area is part of the Masons again.
But with the lodge being so family orientated and so many members coming and it being such a fundamental part of the town and culture for so long. There is a lot of history attached to this building. Unfortunately, we feel a lot of the history has been lost in what we know-- mostly, it's passed on word of mouth. NICK GROFF (VOICEOVER): Between 1906 and 1908, the lodge burned down, being rebuilt upon its original structure.
Because of that, I don't think it's the building itself that is haunted but something about the land. Through my research, I found that Freemasonry does describe itself as being veiled in allegory and illustrated by symbols. Over the years, these symbols have stirred a lot of controversy as to what they represent. Is it possible that the history and the buildings have nothing to do with the energy at this location? Is it the Fraternal Order itself that houses the power within, or are we missing something about the land that holds the answers? It's interesting when we get into the Masons.
Let's talk a little bit about the Masons. First of all, we're not a secret society. We're a society that has a couple of secrets. And most of the secrets we have aren't Earth shattering or anything else. They're more or less just means to identify other Masons. We deal a lot with different philanthropies and home exercise, family organizations and stuff like that.
Masonry is something different to each person. So I can tell you my experiences. Sure. But that doesn't mean I'm gonna be speaking for every Mason out there. Masonry, I saw as a way to improve myself. You see a lot of time with the Masons mentioned, it's not about being better than anybody else but being better than who I was. And I truly found that within myself.
That's what masonry did for me. What do you want me to personally help you with here? Whatever is going on in this building, whether it be, by definition, a ghost or whether it be possibly time slips or parallel universes, is to help us maybe get just an answer too, to build on to the puzzle we've been building, to fill in some of them gaps.
So over the years, we've had several situations where things around the lodge had moved when nobody claims to have been moving them. We've even had sometimes, where we've seen these things move on their own. We've had multiple times of what they call the disembodied voices, where you'll hear voices speaking, and there's nobody present.
Late at night, we'll have shadows move around in here we can't explain, to the point where they'll walk across this wall and actually block out lights of the windows. NICK GROFF: Really? But you know you're the only one in this room. NICK GROFF: And it's that clear. You can see it. Solid definition. Who was here? And who do you think is actually, what we call haunting this location? Well, some of the names, we've been able to piece together over EVP recordings.
And some of the psychics that have come to visit us have come up with several names. And these people have not been connected, so we kind of put a little bit of credibility to what they're saying. And that is a little girl by the name of Abby Wintersmith, who appears to be about six to eight years old. And we do know she was affiliated with the lodge in the 1800s because her father Charles Wintersmith was one of the Masters of the lodge. And he was also one of the most worshipful grand masters in the state at that point in time.
We've actually located their graves in the local cemetery. A lot of people claim Abby is still here. She likes to play behind curtains or different things, or people claim she pulls on their shirts and stuff. Personally, I have never seen her, but I have heard her. I've heard a little girl singing, laughing, running around, playing with different things.
We believe the more active she becomes, the more active he becomes, kind of like a father trying to tell a small child to calm down a little bit. NICK GROFF: Yeah. [chuckle] But he also lets himself be known sometimes during Masonic meetings or when the Masons are doing different things. We'll have knocks at the doors. Or sometimes, doors will open on us, and there'll be nobody standing there. We've had a lot of people feel uncomfortable in areas of the building.
And it's not so much we think he's trying to scare people. He's just curious why people are in his building. NICK GROFF (VOICEOVER): What is it about these two locations that seem to bring about so much energy, energy I find that is different from the other locations I've been to. Because of the kind of hauntings at these two locations, it's almost as if the paranormal is amplified in some way along these ley lines.
It's not coincidence that the mammoth caves, infamously dubbed as the most haunted natural wonder in the world, lies right between these two locations that are only an hour and a half apart. We had a little girl. She was the second daughter of the first owner. Her name was Mary Elizabeth. She was around 11 going on 12 when her dress caught on fire from this fireplace right here.
And it did take her seven days to die from those injuries. Oh, my gosh. So she was just standing here playing and-- Exactly. Well, there's a couple of things. One, they would burn wet wood back then. And so obviously, that will pop and spark. Because they didn't have fire retardant clothing, obviously, they didn't have the medical care they have today, there was just nothing they could do.
And people have seen her walking around here appearing? The way you see her, she'll be in here in the basement. She'll appear up in a room. She'll appear anywhere on the property. She is buried on the property, by the way. What else is in this room? Can you show me? Well, one of the interesting things is gonna be right behind you and the double doors.
There are always a lot of legend and lore about tunnel systems here. And back in 2002, when they were doing work in the basement, they actually found the entrance to the tunnel system. When you come over here and look down, you'll see it's not your normal average root cellar from the past. Oh, right. It actually is the opening to the tunnel system. So this location holds so many different secrets. Oh, it holds a lot of secrets.
There's actually a secret of a second basement. [chuckle] - Right under us? - Yeah. So there's another basement right under us. And how did you discover that? We didn't discover it yet. It's part of the lore. We're still looking for it. We keep getting information from some of the locals, some of the older gentlemen in the area here, who will tell us where they think it is.
But just like with the front steps where they used to hide Civil War soldiers, Confederate soldiers. We're not 100% sure how he did it without anybody being able to see. This location just keeps getting better and better. There's so many different things. I mean we're diving into the supernatural, the paranormal, the ghosts, UFOs, the cryptids.
I mean you have everything back to the Confederates and the Union, people dying here, tragedy, sadness, different emotions. And then you have this secret passageways. [chuckle] The great escape. He built a lot of hidey-holes into Octagon Hall. And there has been a lot of tragedy.
At one time, there were 9,000 Confederate troops that were camped out here on this ground. They were coming out of the Battle of Bowling Green. And this whole basement area was set up like a triage ER situation with their camp doctors and our camp doctors. So there's a tremendous amount of death. We have mass graves that have been isolated on this property as well. After they left the property, several days later, the Union moved in.
And that's where it really, really got bad for the family, everybody. And unfortunately, they were absolutely atrocious to the slaves that were here on the property as well. So there has been a tremendous amount of death, tremendous amount of blood, a lot of bitterness, anger. Any kind of negative emotion you can think of has been poured in here. The Hall reacts to different people.
As far as really negative attacks and scratches, it's usually people that are being very disrespectful to the spirits. And they will react. Absolutely, they'll react to that. We also have entities that are not human, that are not only in this basement right now paying attention to what we're saying, they're outside as well.
I've been grabbed around the neck coming out of the cemetery. I have had very bad situations happen here where entities have actually tried to oppress, if not possess people. So [laugh] welcome to the Hall. NICK GROFF (VOICEOVER): What is it about these two locations that seem to bring about so much energy, energy I find that is different from the other locations I've been to. This is our balcony area here.
We've got a lot of little toys and dolls and stuff that are over here. One of our entities that we have come to know is Abby. She is seen as a six- to eight-year-old little girl. So people brought in different toys, balls, and stuff for her to play with. Found her grave, and it says Addy, with a "D" rather than "B," Addy Wintersmith. But it says she died at 16.
But everybody says that they see her or hear her being six to eight years old. So maybe she's coming back as a spiritual form where she was comfortable at six to eight years old. RICHARD RIDDLE: Right. That's one of the things we believe, yeah. What else, have you seen anything, experienced anything that you can't explain? I've seen quite a few things that-- NICK GROFF: Really? Yes.
One of the times, I came up here the first time. We've got these different balls down here. And people will move them around or whatever. But they have been known to move on their own. And somebody rolled the ball, and I stepped down in front of the ball. And the ball stopped before it hit my foot. So we rolled the ball back, had him roll it towards me again.
Same thing, when it got by my foot, it stopped. Some people think that Abby was there and stopped the ball. We rolled the ball around a couple of times after that, and it would hit my foot and bounce off, like you would normally see a ball do. But those two times, I have no idea why. What would you like for me to help you to try to figure out here? In a way, why are they still here? That's kind of-- I mean, it's neat in a way that they are here. Yeah.
But the other thing is, why? NICK GROFF: Well, someone thinks she likes Lay's chips. Yeah. [laugh] I'm looking at the Lay's chips, saying, don't eat them, Nick. - Right. [chuckle] NICK GROFF (VOICEOVER): It has been documented that Masonic lodges are later found to have been built near or on various ley lines, energy epicenters, or even forming some kind of symbol on a map.
Some might have been just for geometry and astronomy purposes, but it's possible many of these entities or impressions exist because of the way the energy travels. Hopefully, I gain some clarity during the night investigations. MAN: It took seven days to-- Wait, I can hear someone. It sounded like someone was walking around down there, shuffling their feet.
We're just starting our investigation, and I'm hearing someone move down here. It's like shuffling, like someone's dragging their feet. All the information today that Bear, Debra, and John talked about with doorways and dimensions to the other side, that fascinates me more than anything. It's a melting pot of tragedy. Is there someone down here that I heard walking around? Do you want to talk to me? I heard you shuffling your feet.
You feel the sadness, the anger, happy, or you feel that you're not supposed to be in this area, you're not welcome, like I'm being watched? I have. Man, the goose bumps just jolting to my body. My arms, there's some sort of static electricity right here. It feels like I'm putting my hand into some sort of invisible force field of static electricity.
[ambient music] NICK GROFF (VOICEOVER): Before the night even begins at the Morrison Lodge, I hear a man's disembodied voice. [suspenseful music] NICK GROFF: So I was just-- I was just up here right now. And I was just getting ready to shut off the lights, start our investigation.
And I was just filming a couple of camera shots, and I'm in here. Mm-hmm. NICK GROFF: And all I heard was, he's in the room, like a man back here. Back in the hallway over here say that. And I thought you came upstairs. And we're like trying to figure out how to turn off the lights. [laugh] That's how I'm starting this investigation. [laughing] I am just up here, just filming the whole entire room, trying to figure out how to turn off the lights by myself. And I hear a man back here say, he's in the room.
And that's how we're starting this night off. Disembodied voice really clear. All right, you can shut off the lights. OK, I'll show you where the switch is. NICK GROFF: OK. All right. Let me see it go. And I'm gonna go film some more in here. That was really interesting. I'm up here by myself right now trying to see if I'll be able to capture anything else.
NICK GROFF (VOICEOVER): It's almost like they are trying to keep an eye on me. Do they already know who I am? [eerie music] Do you know who I am? I'm Nick, Nick Groff. I come here out of respect to communicate with you, try to understand what's going on, and help the other members of this Masonic lodge to speak.
Do you want to have a voice to talk? Here's your opportunity. It's sad. The story about Mary, how she was playing down here. Seven days, she just went through all the pain and suffering she did. And then finally, her body gave up, and she passed away. Mary, if you can hear me, I'm sorry what happened to you.
I hope you're OK. A lot of people have talked about seeing you sitting down here and then suddenly you appearing in front of their face. Mary, do you think you want to talk to me tonight? I have two daughters of my own. If they were here, they probably would love to play with you, run around, and play hide and go seek. But hopefully, you can talk to me tonight.
If you need help, you can tell me if you need anything. I'll try my best to help. I'm not sure what I could do if I can't see you or hear you though. How about this? We'll try communicating with each other. I have something that's way into the future technology, if you're not familiar with it. And it's a little bit easier that we can talk together.
All right. I'm gonna try communicating with you now. We call this the GeoPort. I've been using this for a while. I've had great communication with something else on the other side, somewhere I can't explain who I'm talking to. But maybe you can help me. Maybe you can explain who you are. I'll be able to hear your voice.
Try to speak really clearly. [squeak] [grunt] Do you know who I am? Yes, no, yes. Different people came through. I am Nick, Nick Groff. Can you try to tell me what time it is for you? [whispering] 9? Oh. [suspenseful music] All right, I'm gonna use this device. It might look like a digital recorder.
To me, it looks like the old DR-60 where we get a lot of great EVPs, electronic voice phenomenons. But this was created by John Mallory. And this is kind of like a spirit box. And it's a small radio that he took, and he converted into his own device called the Panabox. So I'm gonna use this right now and see what I can gather. [radio noise] Invincible? Do you know who I am? How are you tonight? There's a little girl back here behind the curtains. I heard you like to sneak behind here and run around.
[suspenseful music] Is it all right if I jump down into the secret passageway? Is this the doorway to the other side? [echoes] Is there any Confederate soldiers hiding? Are the Union soldiers here? They are in the room? How do I find the answers that I'm looking for? [echoes]
I'm on this journey. And we're trying to research and discover how to get to that other side through the dimensions and the doorways. If I open these doors, can you come through? [eerie sounds] [radio noise] Did you hear that? CREW: Yeah. NICK GROFF: It said, you. Where is the little girl that's running around here? [woman spoke]
Can you speak to me? Don't be-- it goes, strangers. We're not strangers. [radio noise] We're guests here. We're just here to talk to you. Do you want to speak to us? Is it OK that we're in here? Do you hear it? You hear that? You hear what it just said? It said, Mason. It goes, Mason. [suspenseful music] Is this real? Everything here, is it real? Or is it all just a hologram?
Do we even exist? Or am I just standing here talking to myself in the dark right now? I'm not sure truly what's going on here, if it has to do with the energy, the environment, the way the house is positioned on this property, or from all the people that died here, the tragedy and the sadness. There was music playing from the upstairs. It's like old music.
Can you play the music again, so I can hear where you are? It sounded amazing, whatever you were doing. Maybe this music that I've just heard was actually kind of just bleeding through into this reality here. But they're playing it back in whatever era they are in.
And for some reason, we can hear it because I heard that so clearly. I don't mean to interrupt anybody. [knocks] Excuse me, can I come in to your room for a second? May I please enter? There's someone in the attic? It's really strange. It's like you're walking through some-- like you're in a bubble. And everything is very echoey and strange. It feels like you're just kind of floating.
[eerie music] Are you up there in the attic? It doesn't look too sturdy. [chuckle] There's one way to find out. There's someone up there? What is up here? Is there somebody back here? Whoa, I just captured a shadow figure. [eerie music] Whoa, I just captured a shadow figure.
It was like a shadow that whipped by back here. That was weird. Are you up here? I don't know if I can get all the way up here, man. Jeez. [sigh] I feel dizzy. Doesn't even look that high up. But one you get up there, you feel like you're way up there. And I don't know. I just felt so unsafe. I felt like my energy got drained.
When I was up there, all of a sudden, I saw this-- it was really quick. It was like-- you know like a shadow, like my shadow on the wall just moving really fast. That's what it look like. I don't know. I don't know if it's anything or if it was just something with my eyes. I don't know. I don't even think it's necessarily like people, you know, like we're people, and we're waiting for someone to come in our house right now, right? Or if someone randomly came in here and we were just here filming like we are. I think it's something else. I think it's a doorway to some other place in time or error.
And I think that door, it opens, and things get let in and out. I just think that's how this environment in this house is built right now. This house is built on some sort of an energetic doorway that opens and closes and lets things in and out. [suspenseful music] We've been going location to location to location. We're exhausted.
It's just wah! Out of our minds right now. But I think this is the most important time because we are so open with our minds right now that if something happens, we're ready for it. NICK GROFF (VOICEOVER): Sometimes, when you wait too long, though, you get a little delirious. [door rattles] Jesus Christ, you got to warn me, man. NICK GROFF: [laugh] Oh, you got to open your eyes and look.
You got to look ahead when you walk. JUSTIN: I know. NICK GROFF: You're in the dark. I can't guide you. Can't hold to my shoulder every second. I know, I know. It's like when you're in a tight hallway-- NICK GROFF: Well, just look down. I'm looking down. This is what I do. I look ahead.
[clank] [laughter] What? JUSTIN: What did you say? NICK GROFF: Come on. Anybody else that wants to talk to us? We're having a good time tonight. We're a little tired. My cousin Justin here is running into things. That light will capture if you start rolling. [groan] [laughter] NICK GROFF: Come on, man. You run into everything.
What's happening back there? [laugh] Man. NICK GROFF: Easy. Watch out. Oh, my god. CREW: You're blinding me. NICK GROFF: [laugh] CREW: What are you doing? NICK GROFF: You running into things. I mean-- CREW: You're blinding me. NICK GROFF: You're running into things. [laugh] Come on. I'm dying laughing in here. Oh.
Where are you? [laugh] What are you doing? Come on. In here. You're like slacking back there. It's like if I was a conductor right now-- if I was a conductor, this train would be-- the caboose back there would be just crashing. If I was conducting this train, like I'm trying to lead us into the darkness. The caboose needs to back it up.
It's just like these tables that come out of the dance moves. [laugh] Oh, good thing you're my cousin. [suspenseful music] You got a train coming? There's a train. Let's go outside for a second. I hear a train coming. And they talked about a ghost train that they saw recently. I want to see if that's a real train or-- I hear it. Here it comes.
You hear it? Here it comes, oh. There's a train coming right now? You hear that? I can't see it though. Right there. [chugging] Let's go check it out. Where's this train at? Do you hear that, Justin? Where is it? It's like getting the fog back there. I'm just waiting for a UFO to come down again. That was crazy today.
UFO just comes flying down and warps me right up into the spaceship. What did you do, just film it? Like all right, see you. All right, let's go inside. It's cold. [suspenseful music] [radio noise] We're gonna come upstairs, OK? [clink] Hold on. There was a bell. It goes ding. I don't know if the-- if it was that ball, you know with that bell in it.
I think it might have moved because I heard the bell go off. Addy, is that you moving the ball? You just come upstairs? [radio noise] Did I just hear you up here? It was awesome if you did it. [clinking] Yeah, this. I heard it. It did that. Addy, are you here with us? [radio noise] You hear that, man? Said yes. Who is the man that just spoke?
Are you Addy's dad? [radio noise] First father. You hear that? It said first father. Are you Addy's dad? Can I speak to Addy's dad again? We're up here on the balcony where all the toys are. I don't know. I heard about somebody moving this around this ball. If I roll it that way, can you push it back to me.
[suspenseful music] [radio noise] It said, try to contact. Is your name really Addy? [radio noise] I heard a woman say, precisely. [clinking] Yeah, that said, the spirits. [radio noise] [suspenseful music] Knowing that there's different dimensions, different doorways, things occurring here that has everything
in this kind of melting pot of UFOs, cryptids, ghosts, hauntings, tragedies, death, all of it, right here encompassed on this entire property building, I am convinced that things are coming in and out of our reality. It's fascinating to me. This place is very strange, and it feels off. But it also has this peaceful calming effect to it, too. It's not just all bad and good.
Everything just kind of coexists together. I think that's what it's all about. That's what I am going to take away from this location. Things that we don't have all the answers for, the unexplainable, people that are still living in this reality, they can coexist right here. There's something happening here.
[suspenseful music] It's very possible that spirits travel from one location to another location. You never know when they're gonna cross paths. So I could be here right now, but the spirit of Addy or her father could be somewhere else. And then maybe if I leave, all of a sudden, they're back here. You just never know. It's just like people when we cross paths with each other.
That's the mystery of this location. So much history, so many layers. There is definitely something very fascinating about this place. I love this location. I think it's energetic. It has so many mysteries. What was that noise? Right here. I just got severe goosebumps. Electricity just hit me. Was that you just made that noise? As I'm just talking about it, all of a sudden, I felt this strong energy when I said, I love this place.
And I feel that right there. I've been getting severe electrical charge right now. There's a massive air that's just a whirlwind right here. Can you feel this? I feel like the temperature dramatically dropped. Almost like I was respectfully talking about this place, and then they just came forth to say thank you.
That's what it felt like. And I heard some sort of bell. It was weird. I just feel static just shocking me. This is strange, man. Thank you for communicating with me. NICK GROFF (VOICEOVER): There is so much mystery surrounding these two locations. And I don't think it's something we will figure anytime soon, let alone one night.
The geographical connection fascinates me. And at the very least, I can leave the Octagon Hall and Morrison Lodge with a new perspective. [audio logo]
