Soul Awareness Weekly Connect - October 21, 2025 - YouTube
Transcripts:
All right. Hi everyone. Today is Tuesday, October 21st, 2025. Welcome. I'm Jeffrey Morgan and this is a talk I host twice a week to discuss my experiences on the path of soul transcendence. This offering is brought to you by the movement of spiritual inner awareness with the encouragement and support of my friend John Morton who holds the mystical traveler consciousness which is the spiritual consciousness that does the work that we're doing here today.
If you're new to the call the format is simple. We'll start by calling ourselves forward into the light which is calling our awareness forward into the light of God that's already present. And then we're going to chant three ani hues. Hugh is an ancient name for God and Anai invokes a quality of empathy and compassion.
And then I'm going to play a video clip from my teacher John Roger. And then I'm going to read a poem by Shihab Alin Yaha Sawardis called uh Never Lose the Way. and uh then we can talk about whatever you would like. So with that uh I see Ron Holnik's on. Would you like to call us forward into the light? Yes.
Lord God of all creation, we come before you this evening with great joy in our hearts. Joy for having the awareness of that which we are and that is divine beings having and using a human experience for the purpose of awakening. And for this privilege, Lord, we are so grateful and we are in such gratitude. So be it.
Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] Within each one of us there is this divine presence. presence is spirit. Some people will say to me, "Gee, Jr., you look a little on the heavy set side." I said, "Gee, that's interesting. With all there is present to look at,
that's what you saw." They go, "Oh, does it bother you?" "No, it's just there's more to me than on the heavy set side cuz sometimes I'm on the thin side." One person came up to me and said, "Gee, you look like you've lost a lot of weight." I said, "Is that all you see here? Is I lost a lot of weight? Is that all that's that's showing?" I go, "Well, no, but how do I say I love you?" I said, "Well, that was good enough. That was good enough.
How do I how do I understand who and what you do?" Said, "You have to experience who and what I do by doing who and what you are. But you have to go inside of you to find out who I am. And once we all go into that place, something happens that we now want to label understanding, but it isn't. It's integrity. We come into a oneness that's a unity.
And in that we know all parts of all existence because it's unified. And do you know what we say at that point? Who cares? It's all perfect and all I'm doing is my part. All right. Never lose the way by Shiah Baldin. It's an ancient Sufi poem. Never lose the way. Don't lose the trail of wisdom scent while on this hunt. Don't go astray worry worrying if every little thing is good or bad.
You are the traveler. You are the path. You are the destination. Be careful never to lose the way to yourself. All right. Uh floor. Hi. Hello again. I can't hear you really well. I don't know if it's me or if it's you. It's a pleasure to see you again and be with you. Thank you for allowing me to share. I want wanted to share with share with you that I have two big challenges regarding my health
which is my teeth. [Music] When I go to sleep, I would uh sort of chew and grind grind your teeth. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. Grind. [Music] The pain is very frustrating. And on my left foot, I have like four years of carrying a disease, but it's like um itchy, but it's an inner sense. [Music] and an X power. I have some wounds like uh burn
when those wounds I have between my uh toes. I I it's it gets very uh ugly, so to speak. Beneath my foot, I just can't walk and it's been a lot of years to suffer with this uh uh food But the medicine that I'm taking and that they are prescribing to me uh they have side effects. Uh for instance uh my let's say issue with the sugar the glucose the glucose and my weight also.
So that's why uh the prescription was cancelled. Now it's only um like what do you call this? Like crimp? I don't know. It's not crimp. Sometimes I wouldn't sleep. I I would not just sleep. I would lose sleep. Okay. And that would cause uh my blood pressure to go up since I don't sleep. So, well, first I should I should mention that I'm not I'm not a doctor.
Um, in case that wasn't clear. Maybe it would be useful to share with you a few observations about your energy that you could use. Uh you have a lot to express. But you have a process of uh suppressing or controlling your expression. life and you haven't necessarily allowed yourself to fully express yourself in the form of things that fulfill you or things that you like.
And you haven't necessarily allowed yourself to even fully process the negative emotions that you have. In order to live up to your idea of how you're supposed to be, So when I look at your uh body function spiritually, I see I see significant blocks. And since everything's connected on the energetic level, the blocks can sometimes manifest in the form of poor blood circulation or accumulation of toxicity.
So to some extent it's looking holistically not only at what you allow to come into your consciousness. So if you consider food as information just like negative news reports is information just like negative friends stories are information and that becomes toxicity that the body consciousness has to process.
And then you ask yourself, how do I allow expression in my consciousness? Do I fully express the truth of my heart with other people? Do I give the negative feedback when it's there? Do I give the positive feedback when it's there? Do I move my body and allow my body and articulations to express fully? Do I allow myself to dance? So you start to ask questions that are a bit more holistic [Music] instead of differentiating the mind or the psychology from the body or the energy.
You see it all as oneness. And the way in which you digest food is the way in which you digest information. And the way in which you allow yourself to sleep and is the way in which you allow yourself to accept situations in your life that you can't change your body to me when I communicate with It uh communicates that you're having an argument with reality.
And that there's a conflict there. And that manifests as a stress in your consciousness. And the stress throws off the hormonal balance of your consciousness of your body. And then you have stress related issues in your body. Grinding your teeth, poor blood circulation, blood pressure goes up. And you force yourself to continue.
to participate in your life with the identity you have chosen. And you do that by by eating the food or forcing yourself to move forward. So if you want to shift this It's not simply a matter of me assisting you to remove a specific condition [Music] because it's not a specific action that created the condition.
It's the sum total of small actions that you've taken. as an affirmation and expression of an identity that you hold. So the question becomes, are you willing to become the one who has no pain? Or more accurately, are you willing to let go of the you that is in an argument with reality? And you do that through forgiveness.
You do that from letting go consciously. You do that from consciously focusing your attention and awareness on a state of consciousness and a being that is beyond this pattern. [Music] So, I don't have like I don't have a silver bullet. I don't have a magic pill. But I do have an invitation to be the joyful one that you left behind when you were young.
to let her express herself. To tell her that you're ready for her to be herself and that you don't care what other people think. That you're going to dance the way you want to dance. and they they're just going to have to deal with it. I think the more you give yourself permission to be and stop and stop judging yourself and controlling yourself, the more you will find the love that you are flowing into every cell of your body.
and restoring life because it is the nature of your body to live and to heal when it is not inhibited. Thank you. Thank you. God bless you. Amen. Amen. Thank you. Okay. I think I see some people that have not Emily, have you ever shared before? Emily Metro, have you ever shared? Yes or no with your phone? No. Okay, great. You You're up. Wait, I tried to unmute you.
You there? Yeah, I'm here. Hi. Hi. This is my first time today um joining this group. Fabulous. Welcome. Thank you so much. Um thank you for calling on me. I feel really grateful. Um, I'm trying to think of where to begin. I have been feeling it burnt out recently.
Um, I am a am an art therapist and my work with my clients um is going well. I am also simultaneously as humans do on their spiritual path is you know looking at their shadows and seeing ways that we are we're conditioned at a young age and how that impacts how our inner body or parts react to certain situations um and the patterns in our lives.
And I do have one pattern that I have a couple patterns that I've been really trying to probably more than a couple, but two that are really um prominent that seem to freeze my nervous system um in pretty big ways is um I have a tendency based on my childhood and early conditioning to care for the emotional needs of others which I I really love to do. It's it's a either I think it's partially a natural innate human interest of mine as and also a conditioning and I have difficulty um I'm trying to learn the pattern um and when I give too much whenever I realize that I'm not receiving and how
to communicate that and um the anxiety that comes up when I get to that point and then I start to feel really unsafe and I my nervous system and my my parts um get activated and um because it's been a long pattern of that they're very tired um and they get really they feel really scared um while at the same time my job my full-time job is um being a therapist that you know is taking care of other tending to the emotions and of others and their own histories of that and I do learn a lot through that exchange which is really beautiful and I see myself in them and vice versa. I don't know if they see
because I don't share my stuff with them. But regardless, a lot of my life is um you know, there's two sides to the same coin where um a lot of my life is the caregiver. And a big part of my experience is um the feeling that feelings of isolation and and loneliness and that um it's hard for me. um been figuring out how to find ways to get my needs met in relationships with others.
though um sometimes I wonder if I don't even when I speak up that I'm not either doing it the appro a a way where people are really hearing me and seeing me if there's something that's happening that is kind of perceived about me from others if I'm being perceived accurately. if there's like you know any support around that or guidance would be really appreciated. My pleasure.
Um, one of the most powerful processes uh of human consciousness and especially when used in support of spiritual awakening is imagination. And often times we use imagination to motivate us or inspire us or move us in a specific direction. And sometimes what'll happen is the image that took us to the top of the hill will start to become constricting when we're ready to run down the hill the other way, you know.
So part of what So I guess I'll I'll respond to what you're saying in two ways. One is you seem to be growing out of a specific identity that you built for yourself that's really worked up until now and now it feels inauthentic. Now that it's kind of the how can I say this like the pronumbra or the it's the the shadow that comes with the beautiful image we create in our head is then we have to maintain that image and while we're building something that aligns with that if it's inspiring it's joyful but then at a certain point uh there's there is a constriction to it
And if our consciousness changes, we're left with this thing to maintain. It's very very tiring and it can be very very constricting. Um so the the first thing is this isn't addressing exactly what you're asked and I will address what you asked but the first thing would be understanding the beliefs and the images that you've put forth as who you think you are and then consciously choosing to let go of them. consciously saying I am this moment. I'm born in this moment.
I'm awakened to this moment. This is the only time and place. You know, because of my own spiritual associations, I even it's it's an interesting thing. Uh I just go like my spiritual teacher is my family. You know, the Lord Jesus Christ is my lineage. My gene is the gene of peace.
So, it it's kind of like there's always going to be a use for story and human interactions and metaphor that way. And it may be that the story that you've come to the end of is what got you out of a very difficult situation when you were young and had you built build a beautiful life. But then you get to a place where you go, "This just doesn't feel like me anymore because the energy isn't there.
" The problem is you've been building up an entire story and ego justification and everything to get you this point, which served you well because it got you through all the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune called your karma to get to this point. But then you get to this point and you have this choice. Do I continue with the inertia of the karma that brought me here or do I embrace a me that I may not know just yet? And do I fall in love with her right now? And it's like, what if it makes no sense? Well, then it makes no sense. And what if I I don't have the same friends
and I don't really have anything to talk about with the friends that I have? or what if it's a completely different business or what if it's a completely different path? It's like are you willing to pay the price to be in complete alignment with who you are? And when we come to the end of a karmic cycle, there's often a transition period that can feel a bit awkward because we feel almost like we're we're shanghide on a an island or something like we're floating. We're kind of or we're we're stagnant. we're
just kind of in still water and there's no wind and then the mind will come in and start judging it because it doesn't feel like the same karmic wind that we had that brought us here. But the truth is it's it's perfect and stillness is what's on the menu until the next wind pulls you. But the tricky part is how do I become available to that next cycle? How do I become available to follow the signs? And that's where it becomes clearing and continuously releasing who I think I was or who I think I am or what I think my justification is or what I think happened to me when I was young
or any of that stuff. You just let all that go and say, "I was born today, this moment." And the people that you meet, you say consciously in your consciousness, "This is the first time I've ever seen you and the first time I've ever loved you and the first time I've ever served you. And thank God you're there.
" And you're not, it's this discipline of not going into past referent consciousness because all of that story is going to reach back to grab you. And the tiredness that you feel is partially the fact that the karma is no longer there to push you forward in the track that you're on. And there's nothing wrong with that. It doesn't mean you're doing something wrong.
As far as the giving and receiving dynamic, to a large extent, your tiredness there, like you you actually have a karma of a high level of service, and that's not necessarily wrong. Where the imal where the imbalance comes in or where you feel things are off is you're not necessarily always willing to receive.
So, what happens is when somebody comes forward and wants to just give to you, you kind of got this what's the catch or I'm not sure or I don't want to owe you something or there's a lot of rules in there. And the truth of the matter is giving and receiving are on a continuous spectrum.
And the the degree to which you are willing to receive limits the degree to which you are able to give and the and the level at which you serve limits the level at which you receive. The two are very very connected or the level at which you give and the level at which you receive. Now I say this with a big fat caveat called somebody may have a karma where they gave a lot in a past life and they just like get free stuff all the time and you know seemingly stuff falls from the sky but there is a balance going on. I don't think it's about the karma.
I think it's about our freedom of motion inside of us. So the question becomes less about what's stopping. It's it's not like, oh, is it out of balance with people? Am I giving too much or is it am I limiting my receiving in a way that is blocking my giving? Because when the two are balanced, it's pretty infinite.
If I have unconditional receiving going and I have unconditional giving going, then my experience is there's always more energy. I mean people look at me and the amount that I juggle in my life and they say how is this physically possible? When does he sleep? Right? People say that about me. I don't experience it that way because there's unconditional giving and there's unconditional receiving and there's an unconditionality.
And then the final trick, my my ace in the hole. If you really want to know how to have unlimited energy, don't use your energy. Use the divinity's energy that flows through you. Let every action you take simply be the expression of an action originated in that which is divine. So it is never your work. It is always God's work.
And God's work is done in God's way, in perfect ways, and in perfect timing. And I find the times when I get most tired, the times when I get most overwhelmed are the times when my ego has decided I'm the one doing it. We do not have to do our job. We simply need to respond lovingly to the action of spirit that's presented to us. I think that humans inherently feel that integrity is something like what I think matches what I do.
Well, then I'm probably out of integrity because my thoughts can be real cranky. I may not like what I I'm doing, but ultimately my commitment is to follow the loving. So, if the flow of loving goes in the direction of service and more and more and more, I just go ahead and do that. Why? Because God is the source of my well-being. I don't need to worry about making it happen.
My commitment to God is, "All right, I'll serve whoever you bring me, but you give me whatever capacity I need to do that." And that's the agreement. And it's been working real real well. I will serve at the highest level, Lord, if you always give me the capacity to serve in the way that is needed. And inevitably it's been the case.
We try to build a life around a story and around our place in that story. And for me, freedom is a storyless existence where I simply love and serve the one in front of me. And it becomes a lot simpler in that way because I don't have to worry about the details. I just simply bring my whole heart into what I'm doing at this moment. The tiredness comes because bodies get tired for sure.
But it's it's the strangest thing when I'm in a consciousness of service and when I have that balance of giving and receiving. It's not out of fatigue or overwhelm that I go and sleep and rest. It's out of a communion and partnership with my body where I just get a signal, hey, it's time to rest now.
But I don't have a story about like, oh my god, I gave so much. How could I do that so much? And the truth is, people are never really going to see you until you see you. Anytime you feel unagnowledged, it's you not acknowledging you. Anytime you feel unseen, it's you not seeing you. [Music] Everyone you experience is inside of you. Every suffering you experience is inside of you.
So all these people that you're interacting with, look, I'll be the first one to say, most people I'm a roar shock test or I'm a blank canvas and people just project whoever they need me to be. Some people need me to be their father. Some people need me to be their brother or their sister or their worst enemy or their best friend.
And I'm all of that and then some because I'm the totality of human expression all at once in perfect harmony inside of me. So I can be whatever people need me to be. It's not possible using these things, these apparatuses called ego to fully know someone. If you want to know someone, you got to know them at the soul level. And the only way to do that is to know your soul level.
Everything in the world is trying to get you to look outward. Everything in the world is trying to get you to to seek love in all the strange places and try and get fulfillment from those relationships and it just won't be there. The only way to get the fulfillment and acknowledgement that you seek is from within.
And you could say, well, that sounds very solopscyistic and very selfish and you're just looking at yourself and self-interest. No, the only way to truly know a person is to know the soul that they are. And the only way to know the soul that they are is to know the soul that you are.
And to know your own soul is to know every molecule of every universe in all of existence intimately, closer than your next breath. I do not love people on the personality level that way as much anymore. But I'm overwhelmed with the love that I feel for people. Overwhelmed with the love that I experience. But it's not a love that is different from any other love that I feel for anyone else or anything else in all of existence. there's only love and that is existence.
So ultimately it becomes more about how you choose to respond to the experiences you think you're having than about whether you're quote unquote on the right path or not on the right path. Everything you're going through was perfectly orchestrated for your upliftment grow growth and learning and no one else's.
Everyone's karma is like a love note from God. This one's for you, beloved. And we may not prefer what we experience from time to time. I certainly don't. And I I revel in the profanity and the tantrums that I throw. I have a lot of fun doing that. But always I return to the loving that I am and find that everything I experience is here to heal me and bring me closer to the knowing that I am divine and that that divinity is all of us.
It was beautiful. May I ask you one question? Sure. I have been receiving the message that I am ending a karmic cycle. And so, thank you so much for affirming that and confirming that. You know, even even broken clocks are right twice a day. Um, and that feeling of kind of being in this limbo. Yeah, limbo is a better word. Yeah.
you know, it's like so that's really I really just that helps to just I mean I know that I can trust my own intuition and experience though it is nice to have somebody else um in your position too to confirm that. So, I guess I don't really have a I I need to just wait and see what happens. And I'm also It also just feels really good to know that because I have put in a lot of good effort to get to this point.
Is it about effort too? And is it it's about the work the internal work that you do because I could continue on the karmic cycle correct if I didn't reflect on my shadows and making different choices or is it because I cleared a bunch of karma based on just No. So, so the karmic cycle is the karmic cycle that's timed with your life but what you continue on is habit patterns and behavior patterns.
So you continue on the karma even though the overarching cycle and window for that karma is closed. So you could call that unnecessary experience or extra credit or whatever you want to say. So I've seen people do this a lot where it's like I I've seen this happen where people will stay in a relationship long after they they got the signal it's over and it's just the comfort and familiarity of it.
You know, there's different things like that. Now bear in mind that the proof is in the pudding because people have also declared to me that a karma is over. To which I hear all of the cosmos chuckling because in the words of the immortal yogi, it ain't over till it's over. And so we may want it to be over and we may will it to be over, but it's over when it's over. Now, what you're talking about is observing the movement of energy.
If you find that you're on your way to your office and the energy is pulling you elsewhere, that's really good signal. And I don't think I think it's good to trust your intuition. I think it's good to check out everything. So, check out everything I say. Um, it's funny you said the position that I'm in. I think the position that I'm in is I agreed to come on this Zoom and answer questions and people for some reason show up and listen.
So, so that I guess that's my my position is volunteer for the movement of spiritual inner awareness and the work of soul transcendence. Um, but yeah, I think I think it's more about the discipline of not needing to understand or fully gro what's going on and simply to be very very present in your loving and and willing to move wherever that loving goes even if it doesn't make sense to you.
the inner work that you did is also part of your karmic curriculum or your karmic material that you're working out. It's it's part of the lessons that you're learning. And there's a field of decisions and choices that we have as humans within a larger karmic structure.
So it's good to acknowledge the work that you've done but please understand that it is not by work and doing in in terms of like the conscious level of psychology or any of the work that we do that brings us into our divinity. The divinity is already present. What we do in the work is simply to bring awareness to our forgetfulness to help unblock the channels and the energy within us to allow us to be present to what is already present within us.
So in that sense, I think it it's nice to feel like you earned something for the basic self, for the con for for the the child within, for the parts of your consciousness that goes, I like feeling like I got a gold star and I really built something, which is great. I'm all about that. But in the larger sense, I look at it less as something that you accumulate or earn or achieve and more about a continuous process of God giving me ways to heal another part of me. Like I would call it like living medically. So it's more like for me it's more like
God's abundance. Thank you. How could the how could God be so generous as to give me all of these opportunities to love myself even more? So in many ways it's not a hierarchical achievement like oh I built myself up and I achieved this thing. It's more like it's more like all the judgments and beliefs and ego positions are fragmenting the consciousness and we're reconstituting an experience of one oneness within us.
You could also say it in the more spiritual esoteric sense remembering ourself to our body of Christ or to our self capital S within. We're reconstituting the oneness that we authentically and truly are within us through that experience of of the Christ within or of that loving within or the beloved you could call it.
It's less about achievement and more about removing the blocks. Like Roomie would say, I think our task is not to seek love, but to remove all the blocks we have to it or to remove all the impediments to its flow, you could say. But it's not because the blocks are wrong. It's because we're claiming our birthright in oneness.
It's it's not that we are eliminating problems in our consciousness. It's that it's like we're being reunited with parts of oursel [Music] like the scenes at the airport where the person comes out and they hug and then I missed you so much. Everyone we've ever judged is like a distant friend coming back to be reunited. And it's like when you see a friend you haven't talked to since high school and you just simply forgot how much you loved that person and as soon as you see them you go, "Oh my god, I really love this person. How did I ever lose track
of this person that I love?" And then they say something stupid and you go, "That's why." No, I'm kidding. But it's that process of remembering yourself to the body of Christ or remembering yourself to yourself. And you can do it through the forgiveness and through the work that you've no doubt been doing.
But I don't look at it as like what you build. I look at it as a continuous love affair with yourself. That's nice to hear because self-love has been a huge part of it. Um, and um, thank you for giving me the opportunity to receive in such a beautiful way. My pleasure. God bless you. Um, Charlie, have you ever shared before? Just give me a thumbs up or thumbs down. You have, shared. You haven't shared.
You haven't shared. I I thought so. Thank you, Linda and Katherine, for your understanding. We're going with new people. Charlie, go for it. I I I asked you to unmute. You got to press the button. Hopefully it works. Is that it? Okay. Um, it h this is kind of similar to what floor was talking about in the sense on a superficial not superficial level but uh grinding my teeth and and some physical um uh symptoms of that. Um I was I was on a a trip recently.
I went to Europe and I got married and then I went on this pilgrimage um uh going south through France to Spain and I was riding a bike and the first I was going to be about gone about a month but the fir the first week was okay and then um I was grinding my teeth and I started having some pain and it got to be so bad that I eventually had to bail on the trip and fly home.
Um I couldn't get really good medical care over there with the dentists and things like that. And um I didn't approach the pilgrimage like an athletic event totally, but um and I became I stayed I was raised Catholic and all that and I I went to a benedicting monastery and at first I was really um enthralled and taken by the monk's devotion and and then I became disenchanted by it and I just saw it as um sort of masculine.
Um it it just wasn't luxurious or not luxurious but loving and and sweet like it was with my um my spouse who was with me at the beginning of the trip and then I went off on this solo um kind of macho pilgrimage. So, I'm I'm just I'm perplexed about the um the pain and um um integrating it and trying to understand how it happened and um just having a better understanding of the experience itself. It's it's still pretty new.
I just I kept got back about 3 weeks ago and finally had a tooth pulled. But the grinding uh wasn't something that was going on before the trip. It was, but it wasn't uh I level where Yeah. Yes. So, you were managing it with like a mouthguard and stuff. Yeah. But this time it was like too intense. It couldn't Yeah.
I think maybe the mouthguard fell out a few nights and then it started and then it just escalated and um Yeah. got too sensitive. Yeah. So, um what I'm going to share with you uh wouldn't be applicable for the other person, but since you asked and since you're here, um we use the sleep state uh in the spiritual context for a variety of uh purposes.
So sleeping uh is used often to process uh memory from the subconscious which can come from unprocessed interactions during the day. It can also uh be a way in which your consciousness processes energies that you will pick up in a specific location or in a specific environment. So, for example, um common experience for me is when I go to someone's house and like sleep over, usually the first night I'm basically going to have crazy dreams, probably not sleep that well because I'm actually clearing the house or not I'm clearing the house, spirit's clearing the house using the apparatus of this particular meat sack. So, um,
that that can happen and can be triggered geographically. There's a couple ways it can be triggered geographically. In my case, it's because the cosmic powers that be that be seem to find it entertaining to use me like a vacuum cleaner andor power washer. Um, but that's me.
In your particular case, the place that you were in uh had some association uh around uh an inquisition memory for you and that particular uh memory involves some degree of physical harm to you in the context of the Catholic Church. So you were processing that in the sleep state and reliving some of it and some of it was going through and often times what'll happen is when we're processing past life memories through the sleep state the goal or the need for the processing will will be that you have a specific response or a specific uh upset or a specific reaction
to what you see. So it won't necessar like if you see a reenactment of the Inquisition, you might be like, "Oh, this is a very interesting documentary film in my sleep about the Inquisition, but you don't have any emotional attachment to that time or that place that you're conscious of.
" So what it will do is it will mock up the circumstances in your in your life in the sleep state to cause you to react a certain way so that you can process that as a form of processing in completions with that place. I see. though you may have thought that you weren't really going on I mean you you're going on the pilgrimage thing just cuz like oh it's a nice thing to do.
Um regardless of intention your consciousness will seek opportunities to if you especially if you're in a spiritual context or on a spiritual path your consciousness will seek to find opportunities to complete and to process things so that you can be free of them. Chances are you were attracted to doing this trip so that you could kick up this karma, so that you could process it in the sleep state.
And now you're pro you're still processing it now. But basically it's uh it has to do I mean part of the reason you would have come in Catholic at this time and then chosen a different path and the way that you approached it and everything like that and choosing to be true to yourself in the way that you are and with the partner that you're with the whole thing that was a completion of times where you were suppressed or killed and prevented from doing that.
So it was like you had a completion in the process of regardless of being in that context. You're able to live in the way that you choose to live. Okay? And and and and there's a freedom in that. So there's there's a beauty and there's a there's a loving and there's a healing in that which is wonderful. Mhm. And your subconscious is has a lot of memory surfacing in relation to that particular time and place and the difficulty that you experienced at that time. I see.
And so the intensity of the grinding is your body respon because the basic self, the body consciousness often can't tell the difference between dream and and reality. It's all a dream in a sense. So the basic self will have physiological responses to the things that you experience on the other side. Even if you yourself don't remember what you experience like you might have got, oh I had a weird dream or oh I don't remember what I dreamed but I just woke up with pain in my jaw.
You understand? So there was this like a clamping. Anyway, point being uh what you can do to work with that is place a conscious intention on healing, forgiving. You know, we would say, "God bless you. I love you. Peace be still." You start to go into all of those reference points, the Catholicism, the judgment, the condemnation, even aspects of the Inquisition.
You can start to just go, "Oh, I forgive all of that and God bless them and I ask for the light to enter and clear and bless that." And you just place that intention on just whatever it is I have associated with that time. I ask that it be cleared and blessed and healed and sealed and complete and spiritualized. Okay. You understand? I believe so.
It's like house cleaning and this physical process was just set in motion as a result of the the trip itself and my background with the heavy Catholic. It's the Yeah. It's your your body responding to a lot of intense memory coming forward all at once. Okay. Because you went to a physical context that triggered the memory. Okay. Do you understand? You went to something.
It It had so much of a reference to that time and place that it just kicked it all up all at once. Yeah. Okay. I I I got that. That's that's that's fairly fascinating. Okay. So, I think again all of this is called check it out. So, do where the mouthguard, do what the dentist says.
Like I'm not saying any of like there's still the physical reality of it. Yeah. My hypothesis with this is that if you can then another thing to to look into is something called free form writing. Oh yeah, I'm familiar with that. Very good. I think I think if you can do free form writing like light a candle and just just let it all out the whole thing and then burn it. Yeah. Okay.
there's just a lot that that surfaced all at once and your body consciousness is trying to work with that and you're not done processing in the sleep state. So, one thing that you can do as well is if you do remember your dreams and you remember them to be upsetting or disturbing, which might have been the case on your trip, you you will you go back into the dream with a beautiful light master or a loving being and heal all aspects of the dream.
So, have the light master, whoever that is. For me, it's John Roger, the Lord Jesus Christ. For me, it's like those reference points. Yeah. But like go back into the dream. Okay. And and consciously have those beings start to heal everyone in the dream. Even the perpetrator, even even and especially the one who's like the the one who's doing the harm. Okay.
So, while you still remember it, go back into it and just see it being all healed. Okay. The intent is see Everything that you see in your dream, even the even in especially the most upsetting parts of it are parts of you that have not yet been healed or processed. So you you very intentionally place light and loving to those parts.
And you use the dream simply as a means not of tormenting you or triggering you, but it's simply a way of revealing what it is that is there to be healed. And then you go into the dream and start doing the light work very consciously, very intentionally. You just see the light pour in and start working with all those beings until it feels real loving.
And then if you reference back to the dream, you go, "Wow, that's a lot of loving." You get it to that point, you know, where it's like it's not like, "Oh, I had a bad dream yesterday." It's like you literally go back in and you go, "I had a really good dream.
It was full of loving, you know, and it's not BS because you really did go in and heal it." You see? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Thank you, Jeffrey. This has been very helpful. I appreciate very much. Okay. All right. Thank you. Thanks. Well, everyone, I actually have to run back to another event. Uh, God bless you all. I love you. Peace be still. The blessings already are. Thank you for being here.

Welcome to "The Chronically Online Algorithm"
1. Introduction: Your Guide to a Digital Wonderland
Welcome to "π¨π»πThe Chronically Online Algorithmπ½". From its header—a chaotic tapestry of emoticons and symbols—to its relentless posting schedule, the blog is a direct reflection of a mind processing a constant, high-volume stream of digital information. At first glance, it might seem like an indecipherable storm of links, videos, and cultural artifacts. Think of it as a living archive or a public digital scrapbook, charting a journey through a universe of interconnected ideas that span from ancient mysticism to cutting-edge technology and political commentary.
The purpose of this primer is to act as your guide. We will map out the main recurring themes that form the intellectual backbone of the blog, helping you navigate its vast and eclectic collection of content and find the topics that spark your own curiosity.
2. The Core Themes: A Map of the Territory
While the blog's content is incredibly diverse, it consistently revolves around a few central pillars of interest. These pillars are drawn from the author's "INTERESTORNADO," a list that reveals a deep fascination with hidden systems, alternative knowledge, and the future of humanity.
This guide will introduce you to the three major themes that anchor the blog's explorations:
* Esotericism & Spirituality
* Conspiracy & Alternative Theories
* Technology & Futurism
Let's begin our journey by exploring the first and most prominent theme: the search for hidden spiritual knowledge.
3. Theme 1: Esotericism & The Search for Hidden Knowledge
A significant portion of the blog is dedicated to Esotericism, which refers to spiritual traditions that explore hidden knowledge and the deeper, unseen meanings of existence. It is a path of self-discovery that encourages questioning and direct personal experience.
The blog itself offers a concise definition in its "map of the esoteric" section:
Esotericism, often shrouded in mystery and intrigue, encompasses a wide array of spiritual and philosophical traditions that seek to delve into the hidden knowledge and deeper meanings of existence. It's a journey of self-discovery, spiritual growth, and the exploration of the interconnectedness of all things.
The blog explores this theme through a variety of specific traditions. Among the many mentioned in the author's interests, a few key examples stand out:
* Gnosticism
* Hermeticism
* Tarot
Gnosticism, in particular, is a recurring topic. It represents an ancient spiritual movement focused on achieving salvation through direct, personal knowledge (gnosis) of the divine. A tangible example of the content you can expect is the post linking to the YouTube video, "Gnostic Immortality: You’ll NEVER Experience Death & Why They Buried It (full guide)". This focus on questioning established spiritual history provides a natural bridge to the blog's tendency to question the official narratives of our modern world.
4. Theme 2: Conspiracy & Alternative Theories - Questioning the Narrative
Flowing from its interest in hidden spiritual knowledge, the blog also encourages a deep skepticism of official stories in the material world. This is captured by the "Conspiracy Theory/Truth Movement" interest, which drives an exploration of alternative viewpoints on politics, hidden history, and unconventional science.
The content in this area is broad, serving as a repository for information that challenges mainstream perspectives. The following table highlights the breadth of this theme with specific examples found on the blog:
Topic Area Example Blog Post/Interest
Political & Economic Power "Who Owns America? Bernie Sanders Says the Quiet Part Out Loud"
Geopolitical Analysis ""Something UGLY Is About To Hit America..." | Whitney Webb"
Unconventional World Models "Flat Earth" from the interest list
This commitment to unearthing alternative information is further reflected in the site's organization, with content frequently categorized under labels like TRUTH and nwo. Just as the blog questions the past and present, it also speculates intensely about the future, particularly the role technology will play in shaping it.
5. Theme 3: Technology & Futurism - The Dawn of a New Era
The blog is deeply fascinated with the future, especially the transformative power of technology and artificial intelligence, as outlined in the "Technology & Futurism" interest category. It tracks the development of concepts that are poised to reshape human existence.
Here are three of the most significant futuristic concepts explored:
* Artificial Intelligence: The development of smart machines that can think and learn, a topic explored through interests like "AI Art".
* The Singularity: A hypothetical future point where technological growth becomes uncontrollable and irreversible, resulting in unforeseeable changes to human civilization.
* Simulation Theory: The philosophical idea that our perceived reality might be an artificial simulation, much like a highly advanced computer program.
Even within this high-tech focus, the blog maintains a sense of humor. In one chat snippet, an LLM (Large Language Model) is asked about the weather, to which it humorously replies, "I do not have access to the governments weapons, including weather modification." This blend of serious inquiry and playful commentary is central to how the blog connects its wide-ranging interests.
6. Putting It All Together: The "Chronically Online" Worldview
So, what is the connecting thread between ancient Gnosticism, modern geopolitical analysis, and future AI? The blog is built on a foundational curiosity about hidden systems. It investigates the unseen forces that shape our world, whether they are:
* Spiritual and metaphysical (Esotericism)
* Societal and political (Conspiracies)
* Technological and computational (AI & Futurism)
This is a space where a deep-dive analysis by geopolitical journalist Whitney Webb can appear on the same day as a video titled "15 Minutes of Celebrities Meeting Old Friends From Their Past." The underlying philosophy is that both are data points in the vast, interconnected information stream. It is a truly "chronically online" worldview, where everything is a potential clue to understanding the larger systems at play.
7. How to Start Your Exploration
