The 5 Levels of Dreams
The 5 Levels of Dreams - YouTube
Transcripts:
Dreaming is ridiculous. For reference, we know more about the abyss that is the Mariana's Trench than we do about the mental landscapes of your dreams. We know more about the tiny remnants of DNA extinct creatures have left behind than we do about your nightly hallucinations. Heck, we even know more about Martian dust storms than we do about our little bedtime stories.
And yet, everyone dreams. They're the most private thing that all of us have in common. immediately recognizable but incredibly difficult to define. So much so that for decades dreams were believed to be nothing more than brain noise. Very fleeting and completely meaningless. But if that's true, why would your brain paralyze you during REM sleep? Why would it burn costly energy running simulations instead of repairing itself? And why would REM sleep appear in the womb way before any life experience? The reality is the rabbit hole of dreams is
deep, way deeper than you think. And from personal Reddit threads claiming to see the same stranger in every dream for over a decade to entire scientific databases containing tens of thousands of peer-reviewed dream reports, completely different people find themselves in the exact same places with the exact same sequence of events, sometimes even while being awake.
So, what exactly is going on here? And how deep into dreams do we have to go to find out? Well, as it turns out, dreams have levels, and they get far stranger, go far deeper, and are far more consequential than we could have ever possibly imagined. Level one. The five levels of dreams aren't random. They build on one another through a sequence.
But before that sequence even begins, there are two primary states of consciousness that everyone will experience. Being awake and being asleep. However, what's less wellknown is that there's also a third state, a strange in between called hypnogogia, which is a transitional state between being awake then falling asleep or vice versa.
But what's interesting is that even though you're not fully asleep, raw fragmented noise still floods the brain, specifically geometric patterns. And yes, I mean these geometric patterns, which in level one is the pulsating chaos you'll experience as you drift into sleep. It was Hinrich Clover in the 1920s who first documented this phenomenon and he found that there were four common patterns anytime someone begins entering an altered state.
Latises, cobwebs, tunnels, and spirals, all of which are described as the precursors to our inner worlds. We're not entirely sure why this happens, but we do know it comes from the visual cortex, which is one of the theories behind why we dream in general. Because of neuroplasticity, if the visual cortex is unused, like in people who are blind, neighboring brain regions essentially invade that space to then repurpose it for what they do.
So, it's thought that we dream as a defense mechanism to keep the visual cortex active and protect its territory while we sleep. But while this may very well be why we started dreaming in the first place, it doesn't explain the content of dreams or why so many brain areas other than the visual cortex need to be involved.
But still, these geometric patterns are the doorway to dreams. They're all that exist in level one. Some people remember experiencing them and some people don't. But it is only once you cross through them that the real dreaming begins. Level two. In level two, you're dreaming kind of. You're somewhere. You might be someone, but the dream is still forming.
So, at this level, the landscape is the focus, but it's odd, feels incomplete, and is completely empty. which is why this level is where the concept of dreamscape comes from. An art style defined by surrealism, usually characterized by familiar landscapes and bright colors. But while most people focus on the everyday environments, the houses that look familiar, or the proportions that make things feel off, what I find most interesting is the things that are missing.
Now, I'm no artist, but I am familiar with the concept of negative spaces, which is when the absence of something outlines the main subject of the image by contrast. It works by creating a visual hierarchy that guides the viewer's eyes through the composition. But where it really shines is in its contribution to the harmony of the art piece.
Negative spaces are used to distribute visual weight evenly. However, artists can take advantage of this by using too little or too much. Use too little and you can alter the viewer's perception by creating the feeling of being overwhelmed. Use too much and you can create a feeling of isolation or emptiness. In Dreamscape, aside from the fact that familiar objects are often conveyed, images feel familiar because the large negative space gives you the room needed to project your own feelings onto that artwork. And in this level of dreams,
that's exactly what's happening. Dream researchers describe it as the void behind perception. Anthony Ravanchow calls it selective simulation. Dream dictionaries call it the archetypal emblem of the void. Either way, this is when your brain starts to build. And oh boy, does it do that with the most vivid accessible material it has at its disposal. Memories.
But not just any memories. Heavy ones tagged with emotion which come from the amygdala instead of the hippocampus. But at this point, what's supposed to be a dream is a void, unrendered and empty. And yet, it is that emptiness that allows the brain to project its emotions onto that void, creating a simple, barely rendered landscape of emotion.
Pure emotion in its most primal, raw, and chaotic form stitched together from the deepest parts of your memories with no plot, no structure, and no people bubbling up to the surface as a foundation that every other level will be built upon. However, at this stage, what you experience is just the beginning. Level three. A strange phenomenon that exemplifies what level 3 is about is the airport dream, which has hundreds of posts dedicated to it on our dreams.
In them, people report finding themselves in an airport, scrambling to catch a flight. But as they make their way towards the flight gate, things start to go terribly wrong. At first, the gate will move or disappear. In response, the dreamer changes course, but as they do, they get lost.
So, in a desperate attempt at reaching their flight on time, they try to ask people for help, but get ignored or worse, turn to find themselves as the only person in a massive airport. And no matter how much they run or how hard they try, eventually they'll miss their flight. Now, by itself, this isn't a particularly unsettling dream.
It's not comfortable, obviously, but I wouldn't call it a nightmare. However, where things do start to get nightmarish is when they repeat. And in the airport dream, this seems to be a frequent occurrence as a couple months later, the same person will find themselves in the same narrative arc, but happening on a cruise or in a hotel or when they're on vacation.
All of which have the same outcome, but with a different sequence of events. Generally, it's thought that a dream about never arriving in a transportation setting is tied to anxiety about unresolved life tasks. But with the setting itself, depending on the transportation settings you're most accustomed to. Regardless, this phenomenon perfectly encapsulates the key aspect of this level.
It's metaphorical. With raw emotion taking center stage, your brain is now trying to shape it. But to do that, it needs to turn up the volume, amplifying the emotion until it's strong enough to be processed. Without the ability to use language, since you know you're asleep, it does this by distilling the emotions into one of five central themes.
identity, desire, fear, loss, or conflict. Taking the same memory fragments as earlier and then repurposing and combining them into a structure that can express one of these themes. So, the plot that comes from this isn't logical. It's not the story you'd expect from a movie script. It's emotional logic, cause and effect that's used to reinforce the core emotion, not to make literal sense.
But why it chooses these specific themes or where those themes even come from is something we still don't know. However, some people have ventured far enough to give us some clues. Level four. Level four is where dreams cross a boundary. They stop feeling like they're generated from you and start feeling like they're generated for you.
Experiences include characters that keep returning, real places you'll visit, and encounters with independent agents. But above all else, what defines this level is the feeling that your experience is in yours. And on Reddit, there's some really strange examples of this. One case describes the experience of encountering the same figure night after night across more than 10 years of dreaming, first meeting as children, and then growing up together.
Another describes dreaming about places they've never been to or heard of. Vividly picturing everything like the colors, the architecture, or the extravagant shop names, only to then wake up and find out that that place and the way they dreamt it actually exists. In both cases, the dream unfolds from their perspective, while the person in place feel like independent agents.
However, these are individual examples. It's not like this theme is that widespread, right? Nope. When I was looking through the massive Dream Bank database, the most interesting thing I found was this consistent reports of being chased, sometimes by strangers and sometimes by people you know, sometimes on foot and sometimes in a vehicle.
Regardless, the theme is so widespread that it consistently ranks in the top three most experienced nightmares, as well as being the single most frequently reoccurring one. But what's more is that it's often accompanied by an inability to escape where the dreamer falls and then gets caught or where their legs get so heavy that they can't move.
It's not like the dreamer wants that to happen. They're actively trying to escape. And yet, in a similar manner to the Reddit examples, no matter how urgently they try, the outcome is inevitable. I believe that this is because the elements of your dreams can mean multiple things at once. But why this happens is particularly interesting to me.
We know it's because in some way level four is where the brain attempts to extract meaning from the structured emotions it created earlier. But extracting meaning predominantly comes in two forms. There's the top layer which is subjective and personal determined by things like your experience, memories and how you interpret them.
And then there's the deeper layer which is universal and instinctual shaped by evolutionary pressures where the inherited neural templates that follow. Generally the structuring of dreams comes from the top layer. So think things like the people, length of or situations in your dreams. While the emotional gravity, the five themes from earlier come from the deeper shared layer.
In your dream, both are present at the same time. But to do that, your brain uses something called an emergent attractor network, which to keep it brief are reoccurring motifs of memory that emerge from the interactions of neurons due to how they're connected. This gives them two key properties. stable concepts that can be recalled consistently while also being flexible enough to adapt to new experiences.
The adaptable part is where your control in the dream, the top layer, comes from while the stable part stays the same and is where the elements you can't control come from. So, for example, if you experience a nightmare about being chased, the person chasing you might embody something from your personal life that you've had a recent conflict with, while the experience of being chased embodies the universal fear of a confrontation with inescapable consequences.
In the Reddit example, with the unknown person appearing again and again, this figure might reappear whenever the dreamer is caught in a reoccurring emotional cycle, but in the stable layer, it's a symbol for a part of them that they need to incorporate. And is only when they do that the person and the emotional cycle will stop appearing.
So in other words, the lack of control is what provides the consistent framework necessary to make the dream interpretable while the flexibility of it is shaped and colored by your own experiences for whatever you're going through. Still, level four is where dream research basically falls off a cliff. So I'm reasoning based on the limited information I have.
But what makes this even crazier is that this isn't even the deepest level. There are some dreams where you know you're dreaming and that awareness opens up a whole new door into an entirely different experience. Level five. It's rare and I've never experienced it before. But in the people who get to level five, something radically different emerges.
lucid dreaming, which is when you're in a dream, but are aware of the fact that you're in a dream. When things are going your way, that's great. You can randomly fly or jump through walls or otherwise play around with the contents of your unconscious. But when it's not, it's terrifying. As just because you're aware doesn't mean you have control.
And when this happens, two experiences are reported more than any others. encounters with hostile characters and getting stuck in a nesting dream. In the first one, there are many reports on both Reddit and the Dream Bank that explain what happens. The person becomes lucid, gains awareness, and tries to tell the figures in their dreams that they aren't real.
In the good scenarios, nothing happens. But in the bad ones, the characters get angry. Sometimes screaming things like, "You weren't supposed to know." And at others, just turning around to lunge at the dreamer. No one really knows why things like this happen. The only thing we do know about lucid dreams is that parts of your prefrontal cortex reactivate.
But even that gets complicated because in the second experience, you don't have the same level of freedom. As the reports go, a person wakes up and starts their day. They get dressed, use the bathroom, and brush their teeth. At first, everything feels normal until they catch the reflection in the mirror. It's wrong. Their nose is on their forehead, and the mirror is a different color than it's supposed to be.
As soon as they realize, bam, they wake up. Luckily, it was just a dream. So, they feel a sense of relief and then get started on their morning routine again. But when they check the mirror this time, their face is still distorted. Only now, the mirror's color matches reality. So, they panic and then bam, wake up again.
This time, they get suspicious, so they go straight into the bathroom and look at the reflection in the mirror. Immediately, a sense of relief washes over them. They're finally actually awake. But then when they take a second glance, their face distorts again. Suddenly, bam, they wake up. This time for real.
In the reports of people who have experienced this, this cycle can happen again and again and again. Sometimes seven times in total, all while the dream gets closer to reality every single time. It's a terrifying experience to think about, honestly, because as of right now, all we have are reports. Some people think these experiences emerge from the tension of being aware in the system of the dream itself.
Others think it's because your awareness can't sync with the sensory input you get when you're awake. So the looping is done to flip through dream layers and waking signals until they match and that's when you wake up. Regardless, this is the final level of dreams, at least based on our understanding right now. And honestly, I think it just opens more questions than it answers.
But maybe with time we'll be able to figure them out. Anyway, thanks for watching.
The Complete Family Tree of Demons
The Complete Family Tree of Demons - YouTube
Transcripts:
This is the complete family tree of demons. You're going to be shocked when you see how many different types of evil spirits are mentioned in the Bible. But in order to understand where they came from, we need to start at the very beginning. Before God created the humans, he created the sons of God. These were divine beings who were made up of at least three different categories like the watchers mentioned in the book of Daniel.
I personally believe that the watchers are the key to understanding the origin of most of the demons in our family tree. But the category you're probably most familiar with are the angels, like Michael the Archangel. The term angel just means messenger, and they were tasked with delivering important information to mankind, like the angel Gabriel, who showed up at Mary's house to announce she was going to give birth to Jesus.
But these creatures here, called the cherubam, are the key to understanding the origin of one evil spirit you've probably heard of before. Anytime these creatures are mentioned in the Bible, they are always surrounding God's throne and praising him, like the living creatures mentioned in the book of Revelation and Ezekiel.
And these things look crazy. They're usually pictured as animal human hybrids with wings. Ezekiel even tells us that he saw four of these living creatures accompanied by strangelooking multi-eyed wheels. The appearance of their workings was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel and their rims were full of eyes all around the four of them.
And these wheels moved with the living creatures. Some scholars believe that these multi-eyed wheels are part of God's throne and represent God's ability to be everywhere and see everything all at once. There are also the saraphim who the prophet Isaiah saw surrounding the throne of God. And of course, they had a bunch of wings and eyes as well, but this is the only time saraphim are ever mentioned in the Bible.
At least that's what I thought. Turns out the word saraphim actually appears two other times in the Bible, but those times are clearly referring to venomous snakes. This has led some scholars to believe that the saraphim had the appearance of a snake. Archaeologists have even discovered ancient Israelite seals that have snakes with wings on them.
With this in mind, take a look at another creature called the anointed cherub. This was one of God's most beautiful creations who had the appearance of many precious stones and even had the ability to create incredible music. The Bible says that he was in Eden and when we read the book of Genesis, this creature is also called a snake until he sins and becomes the most famous villain in the world, Satan.
But believe it or not, Satan was just the first of many different kinds of evil creatures like this one here, Aazel. He was a spiritual being that's mentioned in the book of Leviticus when Moses and the children of Israel were wandering in the wilderness. We'll get to what Aazel was doing in this ancient desert in a moment. But because he's mentioned in the Bible as an evil spirit, you got to wonder how he became so evil.
The truth is that the Bible doesn't tell us, but ancient Jewish tradition does, which is why I'm going to place a question mark next to him. There are many ancient Jewish texts that are not in the Bible, but can give us an idea of how ancient people thought about these crazy Bible stories. Like the ancient Israelites believed that Aazel was one of the leaders of the Watchers who led some of them down to earth to do something that was an abomination to God.
Now, although the Bible doesn't specifically mention that their leader was Aazel or even that the Watchers were the ones who rebelled, the Bible does tell us that some of the sons of God did rebel. The Bible says that they broke the barrier between heaven and earth without God's permission by doing the unthinkable.
These divine beings made babies with human women. The Bible says that these angelic human baby hybrids became giants on the earth who began to violently rule the world. Tradition even says that they were cannibals. But the rest of the ancient world thought that these guys were heroes, not villains. Like the Mesopotamians and Egyptians believed that their ancient kings were also birthed by the gods.
But while the Mesopotamians and Egyptians celebrated their divine warriors and praised them, the Israelites called them Nephilim, meaning fallen ones. This was one of the reasons God put Noah and his family in a giant boat and flooded the earth. But I think you'll be pretty shocked at what happens next.
The Bible says that these evil watchers were locked away in hell. But this word hell in the English Bible is actually the word tarderus in Greek. A deep prison in the dark underworld reserved for these fallen sons of God, except for one of these rebels, who we'll get to in just a minute. But in order to understand what this fallen watcher does, we first need to talk about demons.
The Bible talks about two different types of demons. Up until this point, I've been careful to not use the word demon to refer to the evil divine beings you've seen so far. This is because I personally believe that the type of spirits that we call demons today that can oppress and even possess people are actually related to the Nephilim destroyed in the flood.
And plenty of ancient Jewish texts explain demons this way, too. According to the Old Testament, one of the ways someone becomes ritually unclean is if they have had any kind of physical contact with the dead body. This is why the ancient Israelites mostly referred to demons as unclean spirits.
They believed that when the Nephilim were killed in the flood, their spirits became unclean and were permitted to roam the earth. This is why they believe that these demons are constantly trying to possess people. They're trying to get back to what they once were, embodied physical beings. This also would explain why the demon-possessed man Jesus encountered referred to himself as Legion.
Not only does the term refer to many because the man was possessed by many demons, but legion is also a military term. And since the Nephilim were mighty warriors, it's no wonder that their disembodied spirits still see themselves that way. But this is just the first type of demon. The second type is even more strange than the first.
We're going to get to that in just a sec. But before we do, I want to tell you guys about a poll that I recently did that over 5,000 of you responded to. Over 60% of you said that staying consistent to read the Bible every day. And 25% of you said that understanding difficult verses was the hardest part about studying the Bible. I totally feel your pain.
I remember really struggling to stay consistent in my Bible reading. I would just stare at the text and eventually just give up trying to understand. But I believe that it's my God-given mission to help people connect with God through the Bible. Which is why I'm about to create something that I believe is going to totally change the way that you study the Bible.
Jesus met people where they were. And today, the majority of people in the world are spending a ton of time on their phone, which is why I'm creating an app that actually makes Bible study easy. I'm going to be working with some of the top developers in the world to create an app that's going to make it 10 times easier to study the Bible.
Like one of the features that we're building is the ability to tap a verse and get instant explanation that you can actually understand. But I don't want to share too much because next week I'm going to be making a special announcement only to those who are subscribed to my newsletter, the Visual Bible Club. Instead of having to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on commentaries like I did, or blindly trust that Google or ChatGpt is going to give you the right answers, this app is going to do it for you. So, subscribe by using the QR code
or the link below to learn more. The book of Revelation describes them like this. These demons are described as powerful locusts that had a body like a horse, crowns that look like gold, a face that look like a man's, hair like women's hair, teeth like lion's teeth, breastplates like iron, loud wings, and worst of all, tails like scorpions that were used to inflict pain on mankind.
Creepy, right? You're probably wondering why in the world do these demons look like this. The truth is that because these are spiritual beings, each one of these physical descriptions represents a way for us to understand what these demons are like. Their crown represents their power.
Their human face represents their intelligence. And their hair could represent their seductive nature and so on. And the Bible tells us that there is a special divine being who is going to release these creepy things on the earth one day. And you're going to be shocked when you see what they do to mankind. But before we get to that, you might be asking at this point, Jonathan, if these features are just symbols or something spiritual, are these creatures even real? Or what about the living creatures and the divine wheels we saw earlier?
Are they real or just representations of something deeper? This is a great question and here's how I like to think about it. If you watch American football, you've probably noticed that many of these teams have mascots and these mascots usually represent something about the team's strength or origin story.
Now, this isn't a perfect analogy, but here's the point. Just because these mascots features represent something deeper about the team they're on doesn't mean they're not real. If you tackle them, they'll fall down. I think it's the same with these spiritual beings. Even though their features represent something deeper about the spiritual world, it doesn't make them any less real. Okay.
So, what are these things going to do on the earth? And who is this mysterious being that's going to release them? Take a look at what the book of Revelation says. And they, the locust demons, had as a king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abadon. It's possible that this fallen angel was one of the fallen sons of God who is locked away in a different part of the underworld and somehow made king over these creepy demons.
But the truth is, we don't know for sure. The Bible then says that after these demons are released, they're going to have the power to inflict pain on mankind for 5 months. And it's going to be so bad that the Bible says in those days men will seek death and will not find it. They will desire to die and death will flee from them.
All of this happens during a time when God judges the earth for all of its evil deeds. But if you've put your faith in Jesus, you don't need to be afraid of these things. And I'll tell you why in just a minute. Now, this next part is super interesting because once you see what happened, you'll realize that it actually affects you and I every day.
And it has to do with a second rebellion that took place by the sons of God. But before we take a look at what happened, we have some unfinished business to discuss. We need to talk about what happened to Aazel and why the Bible says he's in the wilderness surrounding Moses and the children of Israel. And it all has to do with a group of demons we haven't discussed yet. Goat demons.
Yeah, those are in the Bible. But these aren't those cute little miniature goats you can keep in your house as pets. I love those cute little guys. The Bible says that the children of Israel had started making sacrifices to demons in the wilderness. This word is actually the Hebrew word seim, which was a particular type of demon that lived in the desert and had the appearance of a goat.
I could honestly make an entire video on this topic alone. But the important thing to know is that the Israelites saw the desert as the place where demons lived because their god was the god of life. And well, the desert can be a pretty hostile place to live. This is why God commanded the people once a year to sacrifice two goats.
The first goat was sacrificed to God, but the second goat was sent into the desert to Azazelle. But you've probably never heard of this before because most English Bibles translate the Hebrew name Aazel to the word scapegoat. But based on the context of this passage, this scapegoat translation doesn't make sense. The children of Israel would symbolically place their sin on this goat and then send it into the wilderness, not as a sacrifice to Aazel, but as a way of showing that sin doesn't belong in God's camp. It belongs far away from God's
presence in the desert where evil spirits like Oazel and the goat demons lived. Okay. Now, let's take a look at the second rebellion of the sons of God. This second rebellion can be divided into two groups. And one of these groups is sadly affecting you and me today. But let's talk about this group first.
We're going to call them the fathers of the Raphaim because they were the ones who I believe created the Raphaim who are mentioned in the Bible multiple times before the children of Israel entered the promised land. The Bible says that enemies were living there and that these enemies were also regarded as giants.
Okay, this is super interesting. Remember how before the flood, fallen watchers created giants called the Nephilim? The problem is that most English Bibles just have the word giant when the actual Hebrew word is nephilim. Well, now the same thing is happening here in this passage. The original Hebrew word that was translated as giant here is actually rephim.
These were evil giants who existed after the flood. And the Bible says that they were divided into three main groups like the Anakim who lived in Philistine territory and the Emim who lived in Moabitete territory. And finally, there were the Zam Zumim who were also giants but lived in Ammonite territory. The Bible says that Joshua defeated most of these giants except for some of the Anakim.
This is why years later, King David along with his mighty men of war challenged and defeated giants like Ishb Benab whose bronze spear was 300 shekels. I'll be honest, I don't know exactly how heavy that is, but I'm guessing it's pretty heavy. or the unnamed giant who the Bible says had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot.
And of course, the most famous giant of all, Goliath, who God defeated with the small shepherd boy. There were others, too, like Goliath's brother and another giant named Saf. But I think you get the point. Even after the flood, there were evil giants, this time known as Raphaim. This naturally presents the question, how did they get there in the first place? Although it's not specifically mentioned in the Bible, it can be inferred that if the sons of God rebelled before the flood, it's possible that they could have rebelled in a similar way after as well. But
since the Bible doesn't explicitly say this, I'm going to put a question mark next to these guys. But this other group of rebel sons of God are recorded in the Bible, and we're still feeling the results of their rebellion today. The Bible says that the children of Israel sacrificed to demons, not to God.
But these demons are totally different from the sahim, goat demons, the children of Israel were sacrificing to before. The Hebrew word for demons here is the word shadim. And from these shadim came all kinds of different demons, even some that the children of Israel sacrificed their own kids to.
But in order for you to understand how these shadim came to be and what they have to do with you and I today, we need to look at a passage in the Bible that actually mentions two of these shadim. The prophet Daniel was in the middle of praying when suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder. When he turned around, he saw someone who had the appearance of a man but was very clearly not human.
He told Daniel that God had heard his prayers and sent him with an important message to give to Daniel. So based on what we know about divine beings, it seems that this is an angel speaking to Daniel. But what this angel says to Daniel explains a lot about the world of spiritual beings. And it's pretty shocking.
The angel told Daniel that while he was on his way to deliver this message from God, that one called the prince of Persia fought with him for 21 days before he could make it to Daniel. He even said that Michael the Archangel had to come to his rescue because a bunch of kings of Persia had ganged up on him.
Now, I don't know about you, but whoever this prince of Persia is, they can't be human because there's no way that a human being in the physical realm could hold back an angel in the spiritual realm for 1 second, much less 21 days. But the story gets even more interesting. Before this angel leaves Daniel, he tells him what he's going to do next.
Now, I must return to fight with the prince of Persia. And when I have gone forth, indeed the prince of Greece will come. Prince of Persia, prince of Greece. If these aren't humans, then what kind of spiritual beings are they? To understand the answer, we need to go back to the Tower of Babel. You know the story where the world tried to come against God by building a tower to reach the heavens.
Well, there was actually something much deeper going on that I think will help shed some light on what was happening with these strange spirit princes in Daniel. The Bible says in the book of Deuteronomy chapter 32. In chapter 32, it says that God gave to the nations their inheritance when he divided mankind.
This is a clear reference to God scattering the nations at the Tower of Babel. But what was their inheritance? God fixed the borders of the peoples according to the number of the sons of God. There's that phrase again. If you remember, the sons of God are the spiritual beings God created to serve him. This passage is saying that since the people didn't want to worship God, he divided them up into nations and gave them up to worship these rebel sons of God.
This explains why there's a specific evil spirit called the prince of Persia and another called the prince of Greece. It's likely that these are some of the sons of God originally placed over these specific regions. And of course, there were more than just these two evil spirit kings. The Bible is full of false gods like the Canaanite storm god Bal who God had a showdown with on Mount Carmel through his prophet Elijah or the Canaanite god Asha who the Greeks later adopted and became Aphrodite the false god of love, beauty, and pleasure. There's also the god Deeon
who the Philistines served. And there's Molech, who is probably the most terrifying false god in the entire Bible. What's interesting about Molech is that the Bible says that when the children of Israel were sacrificing their own kids to this statue, they were actually sacrificing their children to demons.
These gods aren't just a bunch of statues made of stone and wood. There are very real spiritual beings behind many of these false gods that are trying to lead people away from worshiping the one true God. The Bible even says that when someone offers sacrifices to idols, they're actually sacrificing to the demonic spirits behind those idols.
They are sacrificing to the Shadim. But now, here's the most crazy part about this entire family tree, and it has to do with this passage here. As we read this, I want you to think about all of what we've covered so far because it's going to blow your mind. The Bible says that you and I today do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
The Bible is saying that not only are there evil spirits behind idols like Bal and Deeon, but all around you are demonic spirits waring for your soul. Many of the temptations that you think are just an innocent peak at a video you know you shouldn't be looking at or a little white lie to save some extra money on your taxes are often being influenced by some of the dark spiritual forces we've been discussing in this video.
So then what can you do to defend against these things? First understand that the God we serve is infinitely more powerful than any of the demons on this family tree. then you need to put on the full armor of God. And if you don't know how to do that, I've actually made an entire video on how you can put on every single piece of the armor of God in your own life, which you can view here.

The pentagram. The inverted pentagram with five points turned downward is a symbol of rebellion. In satanic ritual, it represents the triumph of flesh over spirit, of earth over heaven. It's carved into ritual blades or branded on the skin of those who dedicate themselves to darkness. Even in Wikah, the upright pentagram sits at the center of spellwork used to channel the elements and open spiritual gateways.
But flip it and the meaning changes from harmony to defiance. Anton Leave cemented that change when he placed the inverted pentagram inside the sigil of Baffomet, the official emblem of the Church of Satan. And since then, it hasn't just been mystical. It's been openly satanic. And now it's everywhere. From shirts to album covers, disguised as style, but rooted in ritual.
What was once hidden in shadows now parades in plain sight. But the meaning never changed. Only the audience. Even if worn casually, it was created as a mark of allegiance. And that allegiance is not neutral. The inverted cross. This symbol signals open rejection of Christ and his crucifixion.
In satanic rituals, the inverted cross is carved into altars, worn as jewelry, and displayed as a statement of open rebellion. It mocks the crucifixion and rejects the name of Christ outright. Yet, it wasn't always used this way. According to church tradition, the Apostle Peter was crucified upside down out of humility, believing he wasn't worthy to die in the same manner as his savior.
But what once symbolized devotion has long been twisted into blasphemy. Today, the inverted cross appears in desecrated communion rights and even crime scenes tied to spiritual abuse. But it's also slipped quietly into pop culture away from its disturbing origins. But for those deep into a cult practice where it shows up, something sacred is being challenged.
And for people of faith, that's not just disturbing, but it's also dangerous. The allseeing eye, an ancient occult emblem that is often linked to secret orders and dark traditions. The all-seeing eye appears in ancient occult orders and secret symbols, all claiming it grants insight or enlightenment. But to occultists, it represents something darker.
Lucifer, the so-called lightbringer, watching over their work and granting forbidden knowledge. In ritual magic, initiates fix their gaze on eye symbols while reciting invocations, hoping to awaken their third eye and gain spiritual vision. But what they open themselves to isn't truth, but deception. As many describe visions, or even evil possessions that follow.
Occult texts treat it as a gateway that leads not to wisdom but to submission. At present, the eye shows up in different forms of art. But for those who know its origin, it means something far more calculated. It's a mark of allegiance, a sign that you're open to being watched spiritually. And once that eye is on you, it doesn't look away.
The sigil of Lucifer. Unlike ancient emblems that were passed down through centuries, the sigil of Lucifer is a relatively modern creation. It was born from 16th century grimoirs and later adopted by the Church of Satan as a signature of allegiance. Its design looks abstract, intersecting lines, angles, and curves, but it's all intentional.
The Vshapes point downward, representing the descent of Lucifer. The infinity symbol below hints at power without end. And the whole thing is meant to mock the cross while replacing it. Occultists don't just draw it, they use it. It appears in rituals where Lucifer is invoked as a source of wisdom or rebellion.
Some believe it awakens the self. Others know it opens a door. But the symbol's purpose hasn't changed over the years. It still signals defiance and invites influence. And the more it's worn or welcomed, the more it works. Because a symbol like this doesn't need belief to affect someone. It just needs to be present. Baffomet. The most recognizable symbol in modern Satanism.
The Baffomet has the body of a man, the head of a goat, and a child staring up at it with awe. The image Satanists have placed in public spaces as both a symbol and an altar. Originally drawn by a cultist Elephus Levi, Baffomet wasn't created to inspire thought, as it was made to provoke. It blends male and female, human and animal, heaven and hell, mocking every line God drew in creation.
In satanic rituals, it becomes a centerpiece of blood offerings and unholy acts that are performed at its feet to gain power through rebellion. But its power isn't just in what it represents. It's in what it invites. Practitioners meditate on its image, believing it can unlock forbidden knowledge and transform them into something beyond human.
But what they become is often far less than what God intended. The symbol represents a total inversion of God's order wherein holiness is weakness and sin is power. And wherever this symbol appears, something sacred is being defiled. The hexog, the six-pointed star, is often associated with Jewish identity as the star of David.
But in a cult practice, it takes on a very different role. Ritual texts like the Key of Solomon describe drawing hexogs and circles, sealing them with blood, and using them to summon and bind spirits. Inscribed on metal or parchment, they become talismans for curses or conjuring. Some even carve the six-pointed star into their skin, believing it marks them forever to the powers they serve.
This use is very different from the star of David in Judaism, which is a sacred symbol of identity and covenant. In the occult, the same shape is twisted into a tool of manipulation. Practitioners believe each point gives them command over creation, but the control is an illusion. Spirits may be called, but they don't obey. They corrupt.
This is why occultists rever the hexog not as a shape, but as a spiritual weapon. One that turns geometry into a gateway and the body into an altar. And for Christians, that's not a shape to overlook. It's a sign that something's being manipulated behind the scene. The ankh. Shaped like a cross with a loop at the top.
The ankh is one of ancient Egypt's most recognizable symbols. In ancient times, it was used in rituals to honor the gods of the dead and to promise access to the afterlife. Priests carried it in ceremonies for pharaohs, believing it opened a path between the earthly and the spiritual. Over centuries, the symbol moved beyond Egypt into modern occult and new age practices.
It appears in goddess worship, energy rituals, and mysticism that claims to unlock healing or spiritual awakening. Today, it's worn as jewelry and featured in films. Often mistaken as a decorative variation of the cross, but its meaning stayed the same. The ank comes from a system that worshiped many gods, replacing the creator with forces tied to death and illusion.
For Christians, that resemblance to the cross makes it more dangerous. Not a mark of life, but a counterfeit. The Uraboros, a serpent swallowing its own tail, is one of the oldest occult symbols. The Ura Boros claims there is no end, no beginning, only the cycle of self. First seen in ancient Egypt and later embraced by Gnostics and modern occultists.
The symbol represents eternal return, life feeding death, death giving life. It blends opposites, light and dark, creation and decay. While teaching that divinity comes from within, that you create yourself and no higher power exists beyond the circle. Christianity declares God as the beginning and the end, the alpha and the omega.
The Uraoros denies that, trapping its followers in a cycle that cuts him out entirely. That's why it isn't just an ancient drawing. It's a statement of rebellion dressed as wisdom. The triple moon symbol. Three moon phases placed side by side, the waxing crescent, the full moon, and the waning crescent form what is called the triple moon.
The triple moon symbol represents the goddess in Wikah and neopaganism, maiden, mother, and crone. Together, they symbolize feminine energy and hidden wisdom. But at its core, it's about worship. And those who use it call on a divine feminine force to replace the god of scripture. practitioners place it in wherever rituals are done to invoke intuition or ancient wisdom.
They don't pray to the creator, but they call on the moon and on the spirit of womanhood as supreme. And that's the danger. It doesn't simply add meaning to the moon. It rewrites worship itself. What seems elegant and empowering becomes a spiritual anchor that shifts focus from God to a false presence. And once embraced, it quietly reshapes belief until it honors a presence that was never meant to be followed.
The swastika. Long before it became infamous in the 20th century, the swastika was used in ancient cultures as a symbol of the sun and cosmic order. It appeared in ancient cultures from Hindu temples to pagan Europe. But its meaning took a darker turn when 19th century occultists and theosophists revived it as more than a cultural relic.
They treated it as a magical key, believing it tapped into hidden energies and awakened dormant power within the self. The Nazis later twisted it into their emblem, merging mystical ideas with racial supremacy and visions of rebirth through destruction. What followed was not only war, but an ideology fueled by a cult belief in a new world forged by fire without mercy, without Christ.
Today, the swastika still appears in esoteric books and some new age circles that claim to seek light while playing with shadows. Wherever it turns up, it carries more than history. It carries a spirit and not one you want near your soul. The Black Sun, an occult emblem of hidden power often associated with Nazi mysticism and pagan worship.
The Black Sun was carved into the floor of a Nazi castle, a place tied to occult rituals and dark invocations. But its roots go deeper as it was found in ancient pagan designs and later revived by occultists who saw it as more than a symbol. They believed it was the key to a hidden force.
The sun behind the sun, a source of destruction that purifies and chaos that creates. Modern groups still use it, often treated as mysterious, even empowering. But its message has always been the same. Transformation through collapse, power through chaos, light replaced with shadow. That's why it's so deceptive. It looks like a radiant star, but it's a counterfeit, pointing not to illumination, but to corruption.
Wherever it appears, it signals allegiance to a power that denies grace and exalts only destruction. The Leviathan cross. This is a satanic symbol that represents rebellion against God and the rejection of morality. It's made of two parts. A double cross resting above an infinity loop. Originally used in alchemy to represent sulfur, an element associated with fire and decay.
It was later adopted by the Church of Satan as a symbol of absolute freedom where man answers to no higher authority. The double cross stands for questioning every moral code. The infinity symbol beneath it represents the eternal self and together they represent the belief that truth is personal, morality is a myth, and the self is the only god worth serving.
You'll see the Leviathan cross in occult circles in literature that promotes total rebellion against divine order. It invites its followers to destroy boundaries, spiritual and even ethical ones. And when the lines between right and wrong are erased, what's left isn't freedom, it's chaos, making this symbol an emblem of war against everything sacred.
And that wraps up some of the most common occult symbols Christians should avoid. If this helped you see how these signs of rebellion hide in plain sight, give it a like, subscribe for more breakdowns on Christianity, and hit the bell so you don't miss what's next.

like misreading the entrails and leading your army straight into an ambush in many cultures such practices are rejected as superstitious or impious reinforcing the taboo status curs tablets or defixiones in Latin were small lead sheet inscribed with curses typically buried in Graves or nailed to Temple walls it's like leaving a nasty note on someone's locker but with the hopes of ruining their life instead of just their day the person creating the curse would write their wish on a thin sheet of lead often including the

to Wild nocturnal Gatherings of witches particularly during Medieval Times where participants practiced magic brw potions and held secret ceremonies during the Sabbath they allegedly performed various demonic rituals summoning the Devil Himself one ritual Act was the ulum INF or the shameful kiss where witches kiss the devil's butt as a form of worship and submission some accounts suggest that the rituals included cannibalism the desecration of religious symbols the poisoning of Wells orgies and rebaptism in the name of the devil however there's

consuming only minimal food and special substances and eventually sealing yourself in a tomb with a bell to signal you're still alive when the bell stops ringing the tomb is sealed and the Monk's preserved body is revered as a spiritual Relic it's like creating your own permanent exhibit but the process is incredibly drooling and controversial due to its self-destructive nature and slow deliberate path to death the ritual was eventually prohibited osteomancy or bone divination is a practice that was used in many cultures like ancient Rome
China or some indigenous tribes practitioners would analyze patterns in human bones to predict the future or gain insights In some cultures bones were heated until they cracked revealing messages from the spirit world it's like using a skeletal fortune cookie to get answers but with much Graver implications bones used in divination were often seen as taboo as disturbing the Deb or using their remains for predictions was considered deeply sacrilegious and risky subscribe for more videos and click that like button

🔮 The Five Hidden Orders | Origins of the Invisible Hand | Witchcraft 999 🔮 - YouTube
Transcripts:
I will not speak as a historian. I speak as a witch tracing the energetic currents behind the arcaves, the sigils carved in stone and the vows whispered in candle light. I am Daario, the practical witch, and tonight we open the sealed doors of five societies that shaped the unseen skeleton of the modern world.
One, the order of the serpent, Babylon to Alexandria. Long before the word society was uh ever written, the priest magicians of Babylon formed circles of secrecy. Their creed was simple. Knowledge is power. Power must be veiled. They studied the lunar currents. The same currents which still read in ritual.
The serpent was their emblem, not of evil, but of eternal renewal. Later in Alexandria, fragments of their tablets appeared among hermetic scrolls. Symbols of Aurobaros, seven spheres, and the black sun. The order never died. Its methods became the silent grammar of alchemy. Two, the builders of light from Solomon to the mason's compass.
The second current flows through stone and geometry. Imagine the temple of Solomon not as architecture but as a diagram of cosmic order. Medieval builders inherited that map. They hid in plain sight, calling themselves masons, speaking in lines, angles, and coded handshakes. Every cathedral they raised was a magical grid.
The rose window, a mandala, the nave, a ritual corridor, the altar, the axis of worlds. They were not worshiping mortar. They were invoking harmony. Three, the rose of the dawn. Uh the rosacrruian current. The Rosacruians claim to heal souls and kingdoms. But beneath their parables lay the art of inner transmutation. Their rose symbolizes the unfolding of consciousness.
The cross the intersection of spirit and matter. Their texts shimmer with cababala astrology and Christian hermetic philosophy. All wailed as a allegory for witches. Their legacy is familiar. Transformation through secrecy, revelation through symbol. For the invisible college, alchemy of reason.
Out of their manuscripts uh emerged thinkers who disguised occult experimentation as early science. They called it natural philosophy, studying metals, stars, and ether. Yet behind their telescopes burned the same lamps of the alchemists. Their secret to cloak magic as mathematics to preserve the ancient art in a rational age. Five. The shadow consortium.
The modern veil. The last society is not ancient. It is now born from fragments of the previous four. It no longer uses temples or sigils. Its tools are data, economy, and narrative. The secrecy persists, but the rituals changed shape. Where once there were initiations by candle light, now there are algorithms.
Yet the current is identical. Control through knowledge, transformation through secrecy. As witches, we sense these currents differently. We see that behind each order is an archetype, serpent, builder, rose, scholar, shadow. They are not only institutions. They are living egregor uh thought forms that feed on attention and secrecy.
Every time history whispers of them, they strengthen. The lesson for the witch is simple but powerful. Secrecy itself is an energy. It bends minds, focuses will, guards wisdom. Tonight we have opened only the first door, the origins. In our next descent, we enter the inner chambers. The symbols, rituals, and initiatory structures that mirror the witch's path.
The candles fade, the sigils pulse, and the veil closes. The hidden orders still breathe through every empire of mind. Listen not just with ears, but with intuition. The world's uh greatest secrets are never locked, only disguised. And tonight we step deeper, past the door of names and into the corridors of meaning.
The outer world saw these uh orders as politics or philosophy. But beneath the mottos and marble halls were patterns of initiation, ritual architectures that mirror the path of the witch. One, the geometry of initiation. Every secret society begins with a threshold. You knock three times. You wait. You enter darkness.
Why? Because all initiation begins in unseeing. The alchemical negreedo. Masons call it the chamber of reflection. Alchemists call it the black work. In witchcraft, we call it the moonless night. The initiate confronts their own ignorance before light can be kindled. symbol for symbol. The process is identical. Even the handshake, the password, the circle drawn in chalk, all are acts of boundary.
A spell, after all, is only a controlled threshold. Two, the language of symbols. Every order speaks in symbols because words fracture truth. Look at the five again. The serpent coils as eternal return. The compass measures the soul's alignment. The rose hides the heart of transformation. The lamp of the invisible college burns for reason.
The shadow hand holds the mirror of modernity. Each glyph, color, or gesture functions like a sigil of consciousness. To the witch. They are not decorations. They are interfaces machines that translate spirit into thought. When a rose secretin gazed upon the rose and cross they were performing meditation by image. The same principle we use in sigil craft.
Three the right of silence. In every archive you find one vow repeated. I will keep silent. Silence is not merely secrecy. It is containment. Energy stored in silence grows potent. Witches call it the power of the unshared word. The societies knew that disclosure dissipates force. By sealing mouth and mind, they created psychic pressure enough to bend politics, faith, and invention.
This is the alchemy of silence, containment, arrow condensation, arrow manifestation. Four, the initiatory ladder. All true initiations share a triad. Death of the profane self. Vision of the hidden pattern. Rebirth into service. The serpent sheds. The builder ascends. Scaffolds. The rosian opens the rose. The scientist peers through the lens.
The shadow strategist rewrites the world. Each stage mirrors the witch's own climb from ignorance to illumination. The forms differ, but the current is one. Five echoes of the hidden curriculum. Behind oaths and symbols ran a curriculum of transformation, observation as devotion, experiment as invocation, brotherhood as containment of power, myth as encryption.
These were survival tactics after the inquisition, but also spiritual technology. They taught that revelation without preparation destroys. A lesson the witch learns by fire and moon. Six. What the witch sees from the witch's eye. The societies appear as mirrors of our own craft. The serpent is our kundalini. The builder our circle and altar the rose our heart and chalice.
The scholar or book of shadows. The shadow our astral double. Their secrets are not alien. They are fragments of the same ancient current institutionalized coded and fancet. Where they guarded power, we circulate it. Where they built hierarchy, we build circle. But the language of initiation remains identical.
Seven, the witch's reflection. As witches, we are both inside and outside the mystery. We can read the uh geometry but are not bound by its walls. Our lineage runs parallel, older, feral. We study their rituals uh not to expose them, but to understand the mechanism of secrecy itself. Because secrecy shapes reality. When something is hidden, attention gathers around it like storm clouds feeding it um energy.
To master secrecy is to master manifestation. These five orders are not ghosts of parchment. They are living archetypes whispering through every institution, every algorithm, every quiet decision made behind closed doors. The third corridor, the one made not of marble and candle light, but of glass screens and data streams.
The old lodges are silent, their banners folded, yet their pattern still breathes through the world. one from temple to network. Once initiates met beneath vaulted ceilings. Now initiation happens through information. Every scroll uh replaced by code. The geometry of the builder became the architecture of the internet. The secrecy of the brotherhood turned into encryption. The same principle persists.
Knowledge is protected by layers. Where once a mason drew a circle, now a programmer writes a firewall. Different tools, same archetype, the guardian of the gate. Two, the currency of attention. Every ancient order thrived on secrecy. The modern world thrives on visibility. Yet paradoxically both run on attention.
Attention is the modern gold mind from minds instead of mountains. To the witch, this is energy work in disguise, an exchange of focus, will and emotion. The unseen forces are not elders in cloaks, but algorithms that shape perception. They echo the invisible colleges, curators of belief, engineers of narrative.
Three, the digital sigil. Look at a logo glowing on your phone. It functions as a sigil. A simple symbol carries enormous collective intent. Each icon channels belief, loyalty, emotion, exactly what the old emblems did. The witch recognizes this instantly where attention, repetition, and emotion converge. A thought form awakens.
The modern world is alive with these new agreores, brands, ideologies, uh, memes. They feed on interaction as surely as the old gods fed on incense. for the initiate of now. Every person scrolling through infinite feeds practices a silent initiation. We are tested by overload, illusion, temptation. The same triad uh found in every mystery school.
Those who learn to stay conscious amid the noise become modern initiates. They master focus. They reclaim will to the witch. That is the new alchemy. Transmuting distraction into awareness, data into insight, chaos into pattern. Five. The survivors of symbol. Fragments of the five ancient orders. Steel pulse. The serpent lives in biotech and renewal science.
The builder in architecture, urban planning and digital design. The rose in psychology and self-development. The scholar in research networks. The shadow in geopolitics and economics not as conspiracies but as continuitities. Threads of human desire for structure, secrecy, and transcendence. The witch studies these not to fear them but to read their pattern and remember power always hides in symbol. Six.
The witch and the machine. So where does uh witchcraft stand in this maze of glass and code? We stand where we always have between worlds. We light candles beside keyboards. We read data as omens uh algorithms as weather. Our magic is the conscious use of what others perform unconsciously. To log in is to cross a threshold.
To log off is to reclaim the soul. Awareness is the modern circle of protection. Seven. Reclaiming sovereignty. All initiations, ancient or digital, lead to the same command, know thyself. The societies guarded that sentence. Now it lies uh scattered across search engines. But the witch's task remains unchanged to gather fragments to integrate shadow and light to move freely through secrecy and revelation.
Sovereignty today means lucid participation. Seeing the pattern without being consumed by it. The temples of stone have become servers of light. The veils are made of pixels. Uh yet they conceal the same mystery. I am Daario the practical witch. And this completes our journey through the five hidden orders. Remember what was once called secrecy is now called complexity.
Learn to read it and you are already initiated. The night hums with circuitry. The moon glows through the cloud of data. The ancient current flows still beneath every signal within every breath.
Magick | Mystery School Lesson 1
Magick | Mystery School Lesson 1 - YouTube
Transcripts:
Yeah. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Applause] [Music] Okay. Magic. What is magic? Well, it depends on who you ask. You might ask a stage performer what magic is. They'll tell you it's tricks,
illusions, slide of hand. might ask a Christian, they'll tell you it's of the devil and to be avoided. And uh you'll understand why that's funny in a moment. But the most popular definition of magic was defined by Alistister Crowley, and he defined magic as the science and art of causing change to occur in conformity with will.
And that definition is both accurate and misleading at the same time. See, it could be my will to have a turkey sandwich. I don't have to go to my temple and perform a ritual to get a turkey sandwich. I can just go to the fridge and make one. And you say, "Well, that's not magic." But it is magic as defined by Crowley.
I cause change to occur in conformity with my will. But see that definition is both accurate and misleading. Because to the magician, everything you think, everything you say, everything you do, everything around you, and everything within you is magic. And since everything is magic, it cancels itself out.
Therefore, there's no such thing as magic. I personally don't even like the term magic to be honest. It carries a lot of stereotypes with it. I might instead call it, I don't know, life, maybe. You see, everybody performs magic whether they know it or not. And that's why it's so funny when people say that magic is of the devil because they themselves are performing magic on a continuous basis without even knowing and ritualistic magic at that in churches.
And I've heard it once said before that every thought is a prayer and every word is a spell. And that's a fairly good starting point when it comes to beginning to understand what magic really is. So what's the deal with ceremonial magic if everyone's performing magic? Well, the magician knows how to control his magic.
by utilizing hermetic principles and higher laws to his advantage. That's it as far as the basics go. You see, you don't have to dress in robes and perform rituals and get all the props and light all the candles in the dark room and conjure spirits to perform magic. The adept certainly doesn't have to. The adept can perform magic anytime, anywhere within his own mind and be quite successful at it.
Now, I want you to try something. Anytime you have a negative thought, I want you to treat it as an offer for you to either accept or reject. Obviously, if it's a negative thought, you're going to want to reject that. So, you say, "I reject that thought." You don't have to say it out loud. It's more powerful if you do, but you know, you just say it in your head. I reject that thought.
On the flip side, if you have a positive thought, you say, I accept that thought. And do that for three months. And start to see how much your life begins to change by that one practice alone. And it takes three months because you still got incoming crap coming your way. But after you reject the thoughts or accept them, stop thinking about it. Let it go.
If they come back, reject them again. And by doing this, you'll start to condition yourself and train yourself to control your magic that you're already doing anyway. without the need for ritual and props and chance. Those things have their place and reasons, which we'll get into more a little bit later on. But you might say, "How am I supposed to monitor my thoughts all the time?" Well, just like anything else, it takes practice.
After 3 months, it'll just become habit. And understand that this just isn't with thoughts. This is with anything that people say to you, anything you read, anything you hear. You might not be able to control your thoughts or the things people say to you or the things you come across or things you hear, but you can flip the switch between yes and no.
You can certainly do that and begin to take control. that you'd be surprised how many people curse themselves by the things that they think and the things that they say and also things that they do. I was one of them. See, I'm not talking about anything beyond my experience. I know one guy.
I've known him since uh you know, we were teenagers. Well, I was a teenager. You know, he was early 20s. And I talk to him now on the phone and the guy is the most negative person you ever talk to in your life. I talked to him for over I don't know I guess an hour and a half and not one positive thing came out of his mouth and I pointed it out to him and he says, "Oh yeah, whatever.
" real, but he spews negativity just constantly and then he wonders why his life [ __ ] And I'm not talking [ __ ] as in just bad. I'm talking as in the most ridiculous things happen to this guy, you know, that defy all odds and you just it just blows your mind. But that's the magic that he's performing upon himself.
See, because everything you think and everything you say has a charge and that charge is either going to be negative or it's going to be positive. It is either going to bless you or it's going to curse you. And this is just simple stuff people. This is just simple basic principles here. You know, when I have I know a girl who's angry all the time.
Well, most of the time, you know, poorly aspected Mars. We'll get into that a little later on, but she has a lot of anger and violence returned to her. She took her kid to school one time, got out of the car, got hit by a bus. And I shouldn't be laughing, but as she's laying there in the street, uh, an impatient lady who wanted to leave, uh, got angry with her for laying in the street, so she couldn't get out.
So, she got out of the car and started fighting with her. And she's the one that ended up losing in court because she was too argumentative. See, you got to get used to this idea that what you put out there is going to return to you. That's just magic 101 before anything else. And it's amazing how many people don't get this.
So, you're already performing the magic anyway with what you're saying and what you're doing. So, be attentive to what you're putting out there. And in the next lesson, I'm going to explain why this is why this all works the way it does. And that's my cue. See you next time.
How To Get The Divine On Your Side | Mystery School 177
How To Get The Divine On Your Side | Mystery School 177 - YouTube
Transcripts:
all right so we're gonna be changing some lives today I can feel it today we're going to be talking a little bit about the divine what it is and how to get it on our side so let's get into it all right so when most people think of the divine God the supreme being whatever name you want to call it they'll think of it in a Christian context of a man sitting on a throne in the clouds that's the most commonly used image that religion has given people but it's really in an attempt to humanize the divine just like when people put
clothes on their pets people always try to humanize everything so that they can relate and understand it better the problem with this is is that it's just wrong an old bearded man sitting on a throne in the clouds is so far removed from the reality of the divine that it's no wonder that people have issues communicating and relating with the divine in Hermeticism the divine is also known as the all and the all is just as it sounds it's everything even we are part of the all we're not really separate from it were all a part of the
same thing we have a small part of the divine spark everything is made of the same thing when broken down to its smallest parts atoms neutrons protons electrons and this is important to understand because if you're having a difficult life it's because you're not really relating to what you really are okay so let me put it another way in order to have divine on your side you need to have a good relationship with it and the best way to do that is to be appreciative for those of you who have the secrets of wealth program you know
how I talk about how people who hate the rich will never be rich and unfortunately socialism is gaining in popularity especially among young people under this false idea that all rich people are just greedy and evil when not only are they not but that mindset also keeps people poor because you cannot be and you cannot have what you are in opposition to if you oppose the rich then you will never be rich does that make sense to you well it's the same with anything else including the divine and how your life is going if you're not appreciative for
the things in the life that you have then that is you being opposed to having a good life so let's say that the divine is like a man on the cloud or better yet like the Greek or Roman gods who used mortals as pawns in their game remember back when you were a kid playing with your action figures your GI Joe well there were good guys and then there were Cobra the good guys always won and Cobra got blown up with a firecracker and was left to burn in the street so you want to be the good guy and a good guy is appreciative for everything even when
things are at their worst this is what we need to get to because it's so easy to be non appreciative when things are going badly it's so easy when you're angry annoyed depressed to have the mindset that life sucks but that just feels the cycle to repeat because if you have the mindset that life sucks then the Divine's like okay well I guess you want some more of life sucks and it just repeats the same cycle over and over again so at some point you're going to need to break the cycle and you do that by being appreciative even when things
are at their worst even when things are bad and you do this by realizing that all this is just the big experience anyway good or bad life is just an experience and you won the cosmic lottery for this experience the odds of even being born are like 400 trillion to one so we first have to realize that whatever it is we have going on in our life it's an incredible privilege to even be here now I understand that being grateful and appreciative isn't an easy thing to do when things are bad it just isn't the question becomes whether or not you want
things to get better or to continue to suck do you want what is known as a charmed life where everything seems to work out for the person having the divine on your side or do you want to struggle head one mishap after another the good news is that it's entirely your choice and something you can work at so we're going to be doing an experimental exercise now when I first started this channel we had another experimental exercise of rejecting negative thoughts and accepting positive ones as if they were offers and that exercise changed
people's lives well think of this as the next part of that exercise because if you put these two together things will really start taking off for you so for the next three months I want you to be extremely appreciative and grateful to the divine for your life and everything within it regardless of your circumstances right when you get up in the morning and before you go to sleep and at least once during the day even more if possible when good things happen to you appreciate it that's easy but when not so good things happen also
appreciate it well thank you so much for this experience thank you so much for this lesson thank you so much for my existence I truly appreciate it and do that for three months and see what happens don't take my word for it just do it you want proof that the divine exists do this exercise and try to explain why it makes such a difference gratitude is the attitude that will grease the gears of your life being a well-oiled machine eventually it'll become a habit and you'll realize that the divine is the all and we're part of
the all and so you'll be more appreciative towards others as well but what you'll really notice is how everything starts opening up for you more opportunities less hassles things just go with the flow and run smoothly but again you've got to put in the effort and for those hard cases who are already beaten down and having a hard time of things you're gonna need to break the cycle and it's gonna be difficult at first you're gonna need to get some momentum built up but it can be done and at first you're gonna be like
yeah I'm appreciative and you're not really gonna feel it but that's okay keep going you're gonna need to fake it until you make it the effort matter stick with it even if it feels like a lie keep going and three months we'll see how everything is so again when you get up before you go to sleep and at least once during the day show respect is divined by thanking and appreciating it for your life and everything that you have in it okay we're not gonna cry over spilt milk we're gonna take action and make things
better and that is all the time we have for today I'd like to thank you for listening please share and like this video if you enjoyed it you can follow me on Twitter at Frazier and Saviour and consider joining us over at patreon and subscribe star we're all supporters get early access to mystery school videos before they're available elsewhere I'd like to thank you for joining me I'm Prater Xavier I'll see you real soon take care

Welcome to "The Chronically Online Algorithm"
1. Introduction: Your Guide to a Digital Wonderland
Welcome to "👨🏻🚀The Chronically Online Algorithm👽". From its header—a chaotic tapestry of emoticons and symbols—to its relentless posting schedule, the blog is a direct reflection of a mind processing a constant, high-volume stream of digital information. At first glance, it might seem like an indecipherable storm of links, videos, and cultural artifacts. Think of it as a living archive or a public digital scrapbook, charting a journey through a universe of interconnected ideas that span from ancient mysticism to cutting-edge technology and political commentary.
The purpose of this primer is to act as your guide. We will map out the main recurring themes that form the intellectual backbone of the blog, helping you navigate its vast and eclectic collection of content and find the topics that spark your own curiosity.
2. The Core Themes: A Map of the Territory
While the blog's content is incredibly diverse, it consistently revolves around a few central pillars of interest. These pillars are drawn from the author's "INTERESTORNADO," a list that reveals a deep fascination with hidden systems, alternative knowledge, and the future of humanity.
This guide will introduce you to the three major themes that anchor the blog's explorations:
* Esotericism & Spirituality
* Conspiracy & Alternative Theories
* Technology & Futurism
Let's begin our journey by exploring the first and most prominent theme: the search for hidden spiritual knowledge.
3. Theme 1: Esotericism & The Search for Hidden Knowledge
A significant portion of the blog is dedicated to Esotericism, which refers to spiritual traditions that explore hidden knowledge and the deeper, unseen meanings of existence. It is a path of self-discovery that encourages questioning and direct personal experience.
The blog itself offers a concise definition in its "map of the esoteric" section:
Esotericism, often shrouded in mystery and intrigue, encompasses a wide array of spiritual and philosophical traditions that seek to delve into the hidden knowledge and deeper meanings of existence. It's a journey of self-discovery, spiritual growth, and the exploration of the interconnectedness of all things.
The blog explores this theme through a variety of specific traditions. Among the many mentioned in the author's interests, a few key examples stand out:
* Gnosticism
* Hermeticism
* Tarot
Gnosticism, in particular, is a recurring topic. It represents an ancient spiritual movement focused on achieving salvation through direct, personal knowledge (gnosis) of the divine. A tangible example of the content you can expect is the post linking to the YouTube video, "Gnostic Immortality: You’ll NEVER Experience Death & Why They Buried It (full guide)". This focus on questioning established spiritual history provides a natural bridge to the blog's tendency to question the official narratives of our modern world.
4. Theme 2: Conspiracy & Alternative Theories - Questioning the Narrative
Flowing from its interest in hidden spiritual knowledge, the blog also encourages a deep skepticism of official stories in the material world. This is captured by the "Conspiracy Theory/Truth Movement" interest, which drives an exploration of alternative viewpoints on politics, hidden history, and unconventional science.
The content in this area is broad, serving as a repository for information that challenges mainstream perspectives. The following table highlights the breadth of this theme with specific examples found on the blog:
Topic Area Example Blog Post/Interest
Political & Economic Power "Who Owns America? Bernie Sanders Says the Quiet Part Out Loud"
Geopolitical Analysis ""Something UGLY Is About To Hit America..." | Whitney Webb"
Unconventional World Models "Flat Earth" from the interest list
This commitment to unearthing alternative information is further reflected in the site's organization, with content frequently categorized under labels like TRUTH and nwo. Just as the blog questions the past and present, it also speculates intensely about the future, particularly the role technology will play in shaping it.
5. Theme 3: Technology & Futurism - The Dawn of a New Era
The blog is deeply fascinated with the future, especially the transformative power of technology and artificial intelligence, as outlined in the "Technology & Futurism" interest category. It tracks the development of concepts that are poised to reshape human existence.
Here are three of the most significant futuristic concepts explored:
* Artificial Intelligence: The development of smart machines that can think and learn, a topic explored through interests like "AI Art".
* The Singularity: A hypothetical future point where technological growth becomes uncontrollable and irreversible, resulting in unforeseeable changes to human civilization.
* Simulation Theory: The philosophical idea that our perceived reality might be an artificial simulation, much like a highly advanced computer program.
Even within this high-tech focus, the blog maintains a sense of humor. In one chat snippet, an LLM (Large Language Model) is asked about the weather, to which it humorously replies, "I do not have access to the governments weapons, including weather modification." This blend of serious inquiry and playful commentary is central to how the blog connects its wide-ranging interests.
6. Putting It All Together: The "Chronically Online" Worldview
So, what is the connecting thread between ancient Gnosticism, modern geopolitical analysis, and future AI? The blog is built on a foundational curiosity about hidden systems. It investigates the unseen forces that shape our world, whether they are:
* Spiritual and metaphysical (Esotericism)
* Societal and political (Conspiracies)
* Technological and computational (AI & Futurism)
This is a space where a deep-dive analysis by geopolitical journalist Whitney Webb can appear on the same day as a video titled "15 Minutes of Celebrities Meeting Old Friends From Their Past." The underlying philosophy is that both are data points in the vast, interconnected information stream. It is a truly "chronically online" worldview, where everything is a potential clue to understanding the larger systems at play.
7. How to Start Your Exploration
For a new reader, the sheer volume of content can be overwhelming. Be prepared for the scale: the blog archives show thousands of posts per year (with over 2,600 in the first ten months of 2025 alone), making the navigation tools essential. Here are a few recommended starting points to begin your own journey of discovery:
1. Browse the Labels: The sidebar features a "Labels" section, the perfect way to find posts on specific topics. Look for tags like TRUTH and matrix for thematic content, but also explore more personal and humorous labels like fuckinghilarious!!!, labelwhore, or holyshitspirit to get a feel for the blog's unfiltered personality.
2. Check the Popular Posts: This section gives you a snapshot of what content is currently resonating most with other readers. It’s an excellent way to discover some of the blog's most compelling or timely finds.
3. Explore the Pages: The list of "Pages" at the top of the blog contains more permanent, curated collections of information. Look for descriptive pages like "libraries system esoterica" for curated resources, or more mysterious pages like OPERATIONNOITAREPO and COCTEAUTWINS=NAME that reflect the blog's scrapbook-like nature.
Now it's your turn. Dive in, follow the threads that intrigue you, and embrace the journey of discovery that "The Chronically Online Algorithm" has to offer.
